I have to give u a star? For what! You're stealing money! I will b in contact with the BBB in TN and try to get my money back. I asked for a refund immediately after booking this. But u took my credit card and It seems u have no interest in my refund. It's a big deal for us. We used up all our money on this trip to give our daughter a trip she will never forget for her 30th birthday. We booked thru u the day after we got bad medical news. $197.00 means nothing to u, but we need that money for gas as we drive (240 miles) to treatments for 3 days a week. Shame on you people!
WAY too many emails, texts, phone calls. To me, it was over the top to harassment. When an unexpected event occurred and we were unable to make our excursion, we were essentially told "tough luck". I even asked about a credit or even partial credit toward another event. Nope. You lost your $90. Won't use this group again.
In all honesty, I was skeptical about using Vacations Made Easy to book anything for our vacation. However, Vacations Made Easy is exactly what their name says it is... EASY. I booked a dinner theater show, which I only found on the Vacations Made Easy website by the way, and I received my confirmation email earlier than the timeline stated I was to expect it. There were step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve my booking confirmation upon arrival to our vacation location, including a map, as well as a general timeline of when to get everything done by so we wouldn't miss one minute of the show. PLUS, I was sent a follow-up guide questionnaire about what I and my family liked to do so I could then be given some "insider" information with suggestions of places to visit based on our favorite types of things to do while on vacation. These were non-specific questions that I did not feel uneasy about answering. I wasn't asked to spend more money... not yet anyway... and I wasn't pressured into divulging my housing location or any personally identifiable information.
All in all, Vacations Made Easy gave me a fantastic experience in booking that extra bonus attraction I was looking for while on vacation. But next time, I'm starting with them from the very beginning. I forgot to mention that I was also given a discount when ordering my dinner theater tickets online... by one, get one free. I saved over $170 on my tickets. WOW. Thank you, Vacations Made Easy.
Had to reorder 3 times before I could get what I wanted. The site won't let you delete anything so I would have to start over each time when I didn't want what I was checking out. Got what I wanted at the end.

The team member I dealt with was very helpful. However, I was not aware of the fact that Vacations Made Easy was a partner of Wyndham Time Share. The person I dealt with did his job and attempted to entice me to attend a presentation but I finally said no for the last time. I will try to make sure I never use Vacations Made Easy to book leisure time with again. I have no intention of ever attending any time share presentations again as long as I am on this earth.
