I wanted to promote my video so I paid $10 but the video was put on hold while my money was deducted so I don't understand please help this is not good

From my initial email, I could tell that no one at Veefly actually watched the video nor was there any attempt to target a relevent demographic. While the numbers were well above expected, the visits were primarily from users who are not in my audience - mostly from countries with little actual interest in my music.

David went above and beyond to understand my concerns (this morning) despite my frustration, and worked patiently with me until everything was resolved. Excellent support, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, David.

First of all, you promoted a Christmas video I took off the page. Second, the campaign lasted a day instead of the 7 days I specified and this is the same thing that happened the last time. 3rd, I will never use you again.
