It was very easy to look up your vin, also customer experience was great, no issues at all. And term cancelation was fast and easy!
They were unable to locate the information of my VIN and Plate search but they did respond quickly and issued me a full refund.
Maybe I'm confused but I was charged a second time. I expected the charge to access my record, but then received a second one on top of that. Maybe I missed something when I read through the website.
I did speak to an agent but again I don't remember reading about the second charge. She did close my account and was helpful.
The sight was pretty bare bones which o liked it made navigating easy however this didn't effect its performance in fact quite the opposite it pulled info I hadn't seen on any of the fancier sights. Also. Canceling was straight forward and took less the a minute. Not your typical.endless search for baried setting or dreaded phone call. A social media search component would be a nice feature.
There is no transparancy in providing the fees information. Most of the informations are hidden and purposefully misleading the custormer for extracting more charges.
Your initial offer says $1 and subsecurent charges made for $7... Then noted charges for keeping the account.
I came on site because I couldn't find a spot to see the history of transactions. So went to CHAT and found Shirley! She was quite helpful in explaining the transactions but not where to locate... anyhow I had a concern of charges and she was able to resolve the issue. Excellent support person! Linda F.

I hope this company can be a little more forward on charges (or a little less confusing) but all said and done, I got the report I needed and my concerns resolved effortlessly.
