I love the question at the bottom: "how do I know that I can trust this sites reviews?" The answer is, you can't. It's just like any other review website - for every 5-star review there's an opposing 1-star review that essentially nullifies the 5-star rating. Unfortunately, there are businesses that operate against good business practices and invest time trashing their competitors to elevate themselves, optically anyways. Yes, word of mouth is still the key influencer for most potential shoppers to any business, especially when it comes to making that first visit. I don't know about the reviewers here that I'm reading, whether they are bots, AI, or competitors but I can say frim first hand experience and from the many other reviews that I've read about Vive Health, these are either the exceptions or not legitimate.

Following my dad's double heart valve replacement surgery in 2020, also as a hemodialysis patient, because of Medicare's strict policies regarding DMEs, they have to start with the least costly solution which fir his home hospital bed was a gel topper mattress which I knew would not work. He was already trying to recover from one bed sore, this wasn't going to work. What he needed was an alternating pressure mattress to curb the worsening of a bed sire and it was just one day prior to discharge when this was dropped on me. Long story short, Vive Health assisted me with setting up priority overnight delivery on their 8" alternating pressure mattress. Sure enough, it arrived the next morning just in time for setup and to bring my dad home from hospital.

I suspect that some people just don't know how to convey their grievances respectfully in search of solutions. If the solution offered isn't workable, it requires explanation. These companies can't just give away the farm and stay in business. And there's only two reasons a business hangs up on you: 1) it was an accidental missed transfer that released the line (almost always unbeknownst to the representative, or 2) you're really just mean and you were hung up on because you deserved it. In this case, the representative was likely either reprimanded or terminated. Either way, I'm sure that it was satisfying for the representative. No one likes talking to people who are rude, mean and demanding. Everyone has their limit. Sometimes, people are just pushed too far. Learn to be nice. Everyone I spoke with at Vive Health was amazing!

The scooter is absolutely to heavy for an elderly person to lift. They want you to pay for shipping and a restocking fee to return it. It is not 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. We never even tried it out because of the weight. Customer service hung up on me.

WHY?
My EXPENSIVE walker that I purchased to replace a CHEAP'o one I had for 12 years is falling apart after less than 2 months of use! I called and since I purchased from a "healthcare" company they won't even talk to me so I called the company I purchased it from (now, you would THINK the people who MAKE the product would STAND BEHIND their product but...alas, no)
ANYWAY...long story short: THEY ARE SENDING ME PARTS SO I CAN DO MY OWN REPAIRS.
I have NO "decent" walker, and no one really wants to "talk to me" and they are sending parts...so I CAN FIX IT...when will they arrive? Who knows.
I am going to have to spend money I DO NOT HAVE and get to Walmart and get another cheapie one.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF HEARTACHE, DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION...TRUST ME or wish you had!

Already wrote a review here but when the item finally arrived it was not the item orderedd -- a long handled shoe horn but an overnight wrist brace. Who does this? Vive Health.

The people at Vive Health have been very helpful, and their customer service is outstanding. I have used their products for knees and wrists and they have helped a lot. Their website offers not only products but also exercises, stretches and recovery tips.
