Picked up the Warriors Letterman jacket. The jacket is amazing and well made. Came in an professional box. Staff during pickup was super friendly and helpful. Lots of Aloha. Super happy with everything. Communication on purchase and pickup was professional. Keep up the excellent work.
I saw the post for the new KS jacket and immediately went to the warehouse the next day. It was so simple. All of the sizes were out to try on and once decided you got a brand new one boxed and untouched. The staff are so helpful and kind and are always ready to give you tips on fit, etc. I've shopped at the warehouse before (and also their other Hae Hawai'i stores) and feel valued and appreciated each and every visit!

The t-shirt I ordered to support Kamehameha Schools is a high quality shirt. On the thicker, softer side. Beautiful picture of Kealii Pauahi on the front, forever indebted on the back. KS logo on the sleeve. Just beautiful. It's only available in men's sizes so they run large for women. Returns were easy as I just went to the warehouse store location to exchange for a smaller size. Staff are warm & friendly.

Is was a BUSY time w/ the 1887 collection drop. I also came in on Mākeke day on KSK. It was ABSOLUTELY amazing the aloha that was extended to myself, and others, while simultaneously loading up for campus and getting everything ready to hele. This little business has a MANAFUL Ohana that gets it all done, I mean literally they do! There is also an AMAZING Mana wahine that was working store front helping folks w/ online orders, communicating to folks behind the curtains, above the curtains, and making magic without a wand
I came back the next day to get my items and received yet again service with aloha.

Bought a hoodie on 31 May never received a email to in form me that it was in route. So after 10 days I email them and ask the status of my order and they said they'll get back to me.Then the 16th the issued a refund with no explanation. I bought 3 shirts before with ok service. But Warrior lost a customer. Hope no one else get treated this way from a family company.

I went to pick up items ordered for school and left with an extra awesome and beautiful polo. I have not stop receiving comments on the polo and my sons have worn their shirts numerous times since purchased.

Awesome service, I ordered song contest shirts the day it was released, said it wouldn't be here in time for song contest if it was shipped. But amazingly it arrived the day before.
