I sent in a watch to have a sub dial hand reattached. The repair cost more than the watch is worth. I felt scammed. Apparently, there is much more to simply reattaching the hand.

My husband bought me a $2,300 Fendi watch as a retirement gift on a Caribbean Cruise. I had the battery replaced by a professional jeweler during the first five years. After that, it quit working. It did take several months to get my watch back and I spent over $350, but my watch has worked perfectly for an entire year. I hope to send it back to them for battery replacement when needed and hope they won't charge a return customer a ridiculous amount.
