We cannot take back customized products, it is the same standard for any customized product you buy from anywhere. It is a one off item and cannot be re-sold.

Excellent product just too small for my husband. Unable to exchange for a different size so the return process was a bit more challenging than I am used to, then a re-order once I knew that the returned product was received. Wish there was a store that we could go to and try things on instead of trial and error, back and forth. Many products look amazing but it's a big hassle to go back and forth.

The shirt is as described, they offered a wide variety of embroidery colors - perfect for wedding planning. They offered custom touches like French cuffs.
Placed order for linen shirt, pants, vest, and shorts for a wedding. Paid for 2 day shipping. UPS bag itself was undamaged. Shirt arrived with large slice down the side, through the shirt bag, all layers of the shirt, and some of the inner cardboard as well. No blades were used to open the package. It looks like someone took a box cutter to it before putting it inside the UPS bag. For the money paid for the product, I would expect the items to arrive undamaged. Trying a second order and hoping for the best.

Ordering my Linen suit and various shirts was without any adverse events. The quality of my order is excellent. My only issue was timing. Order submitted on March25, received 40 days later…. I was apologized to and given a good reason. My only concern was that I received no update on the delay.
This shirt was a hit at the Kentucky Derby party. My husband won first prize. Fabric is lightweight, but not too light. Soft and vibrant color.
Although made of great material, the shirt did not fit (ran big) despite using the size chart. Not enough time to return it and get the proper fit/size neutral the wedding
