I was aprehensive about ordering from a new site but the experience was great. Delivery in just over a week, and the item was as described and in perfect condition. Would definitely buy from here again
I bought the Anbernic RG40XX V as I wanted a Gameboy-style retro handheld. Was only after a device for less-demanding systems, ie 8 & 16 bit consoles and the same-era handhelds. The device fits that bill perfectly and is more comfortable than other vertical handhelds I've used in the past. The 4" screen is a good one - and on full brightness I can use it out in 'normal' daylight outside.
Delivery, communications from whatgeek are great and the only time I've ever needed to speak to customer support (not in relation to this product) they were informative, helpful and answers not written by an AI bot!
I was wanting a Linux based handheld, with a bigger screen than my RG40XX H. I'd read & watched lots of reviews and settled on the Trimui Smart Pro in black. All I wanted was to emulate handhelds, Super NES and Megadrive - anything else was a bonus. The TSP does all that well, straight out of the box. The controls work well; the Vita-style nubs aren't an issue for me either. The screen resolution is fantastic and the fact I can get the screen bright enough to play outside are two great positives for me. The delivery was actually earlier than expected and arrived before I went abroad on holiday, so I've been able to properly test it out in a very sunny climate. Great budget device and does what I wanted.
Waited over a month for order. Got in contact about where my package was as it was nowhere to be seen. Very slow at replying back. Then told I needed to pay and extra £34 for delivery. After about 6 weeks I finally got my order

Ordered a handheld from this WhatGeek UK. It was a super good price compared to a lot of other online stores. Delivery was fast within a few days of placing the order (about 3 or 4 I think). Would definitely order from this company again.
Had to figure out what keyboard was compatible, but after I did it was a quick and easy install, the keys are very durable. A good 8/10 experience 😆 (Does come with extra keys to fit smaller or larger key boards so definitely go for it)

Evri delivery are useless.
First product lost by Evri, no reason given. WhatGeek immediately sent a new one package out. Evri have lost 3 of my last 4 parcels, 2 of which were stolen from my doorstep by their delivery man after taking a photo of it but still having no evidence I havd received it as they have to. Leading me to only receive from my local parcel shop now and they screwed that up as well.
WhatGeek customer service however were professional and helpful.
Device arrived around 10 days after order. Price was good.
It's great exactly what i expected. 4:3 120hz screen makes retro games look beautiful. Plays everything up to and including most PS2 games, can't fault it.
