BEWARE OF WHOLEBLOSSOMS.COM
July 8, 2024

DO NOT USE! Very unprofessional and they charged me a 35% restocking fee for canceling an order they couldn't fill as promised. I ordered flowers over a month in advance of my wedding to insure I had the flowers I wanted. A week and a half before the wedding date, Whole Blossoms contacted me via TEXT to say that one of the flowers I ordered was not available as promised and offered an significantly inferior flower as a replacement. The flower was the showcase flower - a Pillow Talk peony. I canceled my flower order and had to scramble to find an acceptable alternative paying more money and express shipping through another source. Even worse, on the day they told me that they didn't have the flowers I ordered, they were still selling them on their website for the same day I needed them. Thankfully, Fiftyflowers.com saved the day. You might save a little bit by ordering from Whole Blossoms but ordering from a reputable flower provider will save you even more on stress and anxiety and will give you peace of mind. Buyer beware if you order from Whole Blossoms!

Choosing Whole Blossoms for my wedding flowers was one of the best decisions I made while planning my special day! I had the most delightful experience with their service. The pink peonies and white roses I ordered arrived in such pristine condition, they took my breath away. Each bloom was vibrant and bursting with life, adding an exquisitely romantic touch to the ceremony and reception. The flowers looked fresh throughout the day, exuding a natural elegance that perfectly matched the aesthetics of my wedding. The care and attention to detail from Whole Blossoms were evident, from the meticulous packaging to ensure their safe arrival to their prompt customer service that addressed every query I had. Their dedication to providing premium-quality flowers at a reasonable price truly sets them apart. Whole Blossoms have my heartfelt recommendation for anyone looking to add that special floral touch to their event. They're truly a cut above the rest!

Ordered 25 stems of lilly of the valley. The packing was poor,, they had come out of the wrapping. Several were broken, none were fresh, no aroma remaining. A total waste of time and money.

I originally ordered tulip magnolia blossoms. They were a disaster and it was not a lack of knowledge/timing/etc. On my part. Hundreds of dollars and I went through a laborious process to verify them for days on end with photos etc. before receiving a credit. Tried to use the store credit and the code they gave me didn't work. Has taken multiple phone calls/emails/texts to try to get a code that works. Then told at the end that my store credit was only for half of the original product. Money aside, the time involved has been ridiculous. I would never, ever use this company again. If you do and have a problem I hope you have hours on end to spend on getting it resolved.

My boss ordered 20 stems for her mom for her mom's birthday. They arrived on time but the flowers were brown and dead. We tried calling customer service multiple times to get a refund and they refused because she only had a picture of a few of the flowers in it. After arguing several times, $200 spent for dead flowers, they refunded her a whooping $40. Never again will we purchase flowers from here.

They substituted all 3 flowers I ordered. The pictures aren't even close to the actual colors and they didn't ship when they said they would. So far they are 2 days late and counting. Cezanne purple roses are not the same flower as topaz hot pink. Getting someone on the phone is a chore and then they just spout all their little protection phrases. Worthless. Don't trust them if it is important.

Damaged and crappy Corsages
June 13, 2023

Terribly made corsages, not as photographed (1 blossom and not 2) and broken flowers and leaves (leaving only twigs behind). Event is tomorrow and replacement is impossible. Company refused refund or any other assistance. DO NOT USE - THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT.

I ordered flowers for an event that was cancelled due to a family tragedy. When I went to cancel my order 3 months before the flowers were due to be delivered, their own website said the cancellation fee would be 15% (see image), which I was fine with. I hit accept and proceeded with the cancellation. I then received a call from them saying they were going to charge me an additional 20%, even though I had accepted the 15%. After bouts and bouts of phone calls, I am horrified. They refused to make it 15% and were extremely difficult to work with.

They also admitted they are not USA-based, which does not bother me, but it seems so strange to lie to customers about where their flowers are coming from. They are based in Delhi, India. Why lie about where you are located?

This is a scam business and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and lack of transparency. I highly recommend Flower Moxie.

Sorely disappointed
March 31, 2023

I worked with the whole blossoms team to select the perfect delivery day for my event. I eagerly awaited my overnight delivery, which did not arrive; whole blossoms even contacted me about the delay!

Unfortunately, I received zero sympathies or assistance from the whole blossoms team for my late delivery. The flowers were closed entirely, and there was no time before my event to let them open.

I was in constant communication about the delay and the resulting issues. I received blocks of text about how none of this was a problem or their fault (really, it is FedEX's fault).

I am so depressed that I trusted my daughter's baptism to this company. I have closed buds that arrived late, and I had to purchase other flowers at the groceries store.

I hope this does not happen to anyone else

It was a great experience, the person I got it for absolutely loved them. The feeling I was trying to portray was perfect. So thank you for that.

Beautiful Flowers
December 21, 2022

These Yellow Ranunculus were just a welcome home gift but they were so beautiful. I will be using Whole blossoms for every event I need flowers for. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and lasted a long time. My only recommendation is you get them the day before and you leave them in water to bloom over night.

I was extremely pleased with my WholeBlossoms experience! I'm not a professional florist or designer- -(I simply love flowers!), so I was very nervous about the process. The WB contact person, June, was very helpful. :)
My oldest child is getting married in 2023… I'll definitely revisit the WholeBlossoms site!

I felt compelled to write a review for Whole Blossoms because we are so impressed with their flowers, service, and quality. I recently got married on July 9th, with the most amazing display of wedding flowers you could imagine. They provided excellent service and really helped guide through the whole process of ordering and making sure our flowers arrived on time and in best shape. We made our own arrangements and even though making sure everything went smoothly can be intense, it was a relief that every single variety we ordered was better than we could have imagined. They held up really well and it was very satisfying to see all the colors of dahlias, peonies, roses, sunflowers, tulips, and gladiolus come together in perfect harmony. The main reason for writing this review is how impressed my husband and I are with how they still look great, long after the wedding. We gave most our flowers away afterwards to family and friends, which seemed very happy to take them. My husband loves sunflowers, so we kept the extra stems we had and placed them in our kitchen. Even after several days, they still look beautiful and can't believe how happy they make you feel. We will definitely order from them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone else who is getting married or would just like to have some beautiful flowers sitting in your home. The prices are even cheaper than all the other places we checked on. We give them all the stars in the universe for their quality.

Best customer service
April 16, 2022

I would use Whole blossoms again. Their customer support was the best I've seen in a long while. They text me, email me and even called me several times to make sure my order was right.
Some of My flowers came from South America thru customs two days early, they did last long enough for the wedding. Everyone loved and commented on the flowers.
I took off a star because we just couldn't get the timing right for the cherry blossom bunches. They arrived in just a clear plastic bag. Twice. And they were supposed to be overnighted Fed-ex but got stuck in Tennessee and arrived in two days. Not whole blossoms fault for shipping timing or how the grower ships their items. The flowers were packaged beautifully but came from a different grower.
I like the wide selection Whole Blossom has and I would highly recommend them again.

DO NOT order from whole blossoms! I received my flowers 2 days before my wedding and most of them were brown. I contacted customer service and they ensured me they were guard petals and my flowers would be fine for my event. I followed the care and handling instructions and by the next day, my flowers were bloomed and even the slightest touch caused all petals to fall all. I overnighted my flowers back to whole
Blossoms for a refund (did not use for my event). The flowers were not received by whole blossoms over night due to my fed ex having already picked up over night shipments. They refunded me $20 of my $112 order. I have contacted them several times and they are no help. Saying they cannot refund me since they didn't receive them over night. Horrible horrible horrible. And I had to spend additional money to buy replacement flowers for my wedding!

Beware!
September 8, 2021

Should have known when they called to say they had none of the colors I ordered (that showed as available on the website). Even what the rep sent me as an image of the substitution (and pressured me to accept) was not AT ALL what came. AND--these are NOT "garden roses"--they're the usual florist ones you can get for $10 a dozen at a supermarket. When mine came they were wilted and browning and dropping petals--no wonder, since there was NO coolant in the box and this is early September. Tried to seek redress, but they wanted photos of every single flower and of the packing as it arrived--and the packing had to be destroyed to take out the flowers. What a horrible scam of a company. Fool me once--but not maybe you. PLEASE pay attention to all the reviews that say what I have!

Ruined event!
December 13, 2020

No need to write. Just look at the pictures of the flowers received. The worst part is that the company continues to claim that there were only 3 stems of amaryllis and 1 of cymbidiums. Horrible people!

Great Flowers
August 9, 2020

Today my husband and I renewed our vows. We live right next to the ocean and had our minister come and do a small, but lovely ceremony. Afterwords we invited our little group of guests to our home and enjoyed a small meal together. We wanted to display some sunflowers. I love the mini sunflowers, but my husband loves the chocolate sunflowers. We ordered them from Whole Blossoms along with some hydrangeas. They arrived on time and we enjoyed displaying them. Our guests also enjoyed them. They really made us happy and wanted to publicly thank them for their service. We recommend them for anyone who just wants to enjoy some fresh cut flowers. I'm sure that if we had a big wedding, we would order from them as well. We have a niece who plans on getting married next year and she plans on ordering from Whole Blossoms. We can't wait to see the wonderful arrangements they make from them. One last thing, the prices are pretty affordable. This makes them an excellent choice to purchase in the future. Thanks again Whole Blossoms!
