4 months and no signs of leaving. I keep telling myself I'll take a break and then something good happens on here and I don't. The site keeps producing reasons to stay. I've stopped fighting it. Five stars and counting.
Every week was next week. Next week it would improve. Next week a better match would come. Next week the conversation I'd hoped for would arrive. Next week became twelve weeks became this review. Next week never came. Done.

Wasn't expecting much. Got more. That's the whole arc. Came in cautious, found the conversations better than anticipated, stayed longer than planned, still here. If you're on the fence about trying this just try it. The worst case isn't that bad.

Every new profile i click on is just grey boxes for ages. I know it's a small thing but when you're trying to browse it just kills the whole flow

People actually read what I wrote in my bio before messaging me which is a change. It feels a lot calmer here and less like a competition for attention. Wingtalks is alright for just casual chatting. I have only been a member for about 5 days but have noticed the following:
- most guys you chat with have no idea you are actually a continent away
- take note that ALL the people you chat with do not live in your country
- This means that you can chat until the cows come home, spend thousands of dollars but would NEVER
EVER have the opportunity to meet them for real
- This site does not take into consideration currency conversion and seems to be designed for well-off people only
- most members looks like they came off runway, most are pilots, doctors, ceo... does this sound probable... really?
- how can you call this a dating site when you know there 2 people that may somehow fall for each other can never ever meet in person unless you have a rule allowing this that we don't know about
- it seems to be all about making money off lonely or busy people... shame on you
- my neighbour also signed up and lo and behold he was unable to find my profile or anyone else from South Africa which just prove my point.
