The selections that are offered to choose from are excellent. I was able to find a discontinued furniture item through the site. The delivery team was very professional and cordial. They had a very long day and got to me late, but still very personable and efficient

We are repeat customers of 1StopBedrooms over the past three years, as the concierge-like service and quality of the products are top notch. Over the years we have ordered a kitchen table with 5 chairs, two desks, and a coffee table.
One of our recent orders had some defective hardware. While these situations are unavoidable due to factors with shipping, the customer service team's response was unlike any other. They were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Service like this is uncommon in today's world of consumerism, and grateful appreciated.

Have never made a purchase but it was fast and easy. The guy that helped me was very nice. Can't wait to get our new sofa and love seat.
The item I ordered was back ordered, it was labeled as such and there was communication from 1stopbedroom and they gave me a choice to continue with order or cancel it. I chose to proceed, item ended being delivered sooner than expected and the chaise lounge is better than expected. Good price too. I am very satisfied.

Glowing reviews well deserved. Purchased bedroom/living room month 1 month prior to moving - rep Simon coordinated EVERYTHING. "Steven, I got you." It was a seamless experience. Simon was readily available to answer any/all questions and gladly did so. Additionally, the movers they used (Noble) were outstanding - careful with every piece and assembled everything perfectly. Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

Answer: Hi Nancy, Sorry it took so long to respond. We estimate 4-6 weeks for delivery, to be safe, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks. This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
