The website seems to get utterly confused if I search for a book, then try to log in, and then have to ask for a new password. The items appears to be suddenly unavailable. I like user interactions to be simple and intuitive.

I expect your website is designed by people for whom its the centre of their world, but for me it's one of many book selling sites, which I use rarely.

Easy to use, quick check out process. Item headed for the UK.

Just try ordering something where the delivery address is different from the billing address. Or maybe that is not the problem - but it's the problem with any saved address

I live in the US, but I wanted a book for a friend in the UK. So far, it has been easy and economical to order a book to be delivered to him from a UK vendor on the Albris UK website!

Alibris is my go-to destination for pre-loved books. Its great back catalogue and consistently low shipping make it the place to look first.

Alibris is a great find for movie collectors. Easy to order, reasonable prices and a quick delivery. Highly recommended.

I Prefer that my first name is NOT displayed on the delivery label, ie I'd rather it was just Mrs, then initial then surname. Better for security.

It was a very efficent process. Sometimes too quick! Once after paying for the item I receive a belated message saying the vendor no longer has the book. The payment process, it seems, takes less time than the vendor's search for the product. This did not happen today - I delayed making the payment for a few minutes, but it has happened to be recently.

I had to swap devices in order to continue checkout, and still had to click several times to actually make it to checkout. Then I couldn't use my usual credit card for no obvious reason and had to enter alternative details. It was all pretty painful.

Efficient smooth and easy with a well presented good website

Extensive selection of out of print books at great prices. Cheap international shipping and they always arrive in the condition promised. What more could you ask for?

An order from goodwill books was cancelled and I am still waiting for a refund. They claim the book is in very poor condition and thus isn't worth what I paid for it, and they said a refund was being processed. Yet it's still available for purchase on other websites.

I have however had a good experience buying from other sellers and I understand the short coming from that one selling isn't a reflection upon alibris.
