My second time ordering blinds from American Blinds. I have been more than satisfied with the product and the customer support.

The blinds arrive very well packaged and with no damage at all. They were very easy to install. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend American Blinds.

The top of our windows are 7 feet above the floor, so cordless shades won't work. The continuous loop works. The continually changing discounts are annoying and made price comparison difficult.

I was totally impressed by these blinds and the fast delivery. They look great. I combined two blinds on my large window and they were connected at the top so it was really easy to install

Online ordering system was easy to use. A lot of choices. When I did call in with questions I got great help and support.

1st long blind I order (near 6 ft) was bent by delivery service. I called, show them a few pictures and new blind arrived in just a few days in great shape.

There are many features and aspects to consider when placing an order with many different sizes of windows. Follow-up customer service was excellent as well.

Package arrived intact. Installation went fine. Have used these products before but not the continuous loop draw cord. Only problem was after installation the internal mechanism seemed to be frozen; however, with brute force I was able to unfreeze it. It works OK now, but still a little stiff. Otherwise a nice product.

I'm enjoying my 2-inch gray wood blinds that I ordered from American Blinds for my kitchen window. They're beautiful.

Blinds are cheap. They don't close all the way. Kinda disappointed.

I've used American Blinds in the past and happy to say I will them in the future. Fair pricing, good service and the product is exactly as I pictured it would be. I called with a question and received good information. Good selection of blinds in all the latest fashions.

The order came fast, the blind was easy to hang and the color was exactly what I wanted. All for a good price. Why shop around?!

Easy to order and received exactly what I ordered.

Was very happy with the exceptional quality of the composite shutters. Fit and finish were excellent. Delivery time was sooner than predicted (but still took quite a while). Website could be better as far as customer interaction, specifically showing exactly what you're ordering. I ended up with a shutter with a divider rail that I didn't understand the function/look. That confusion likely could have been prevented with a better website that shows the specific product I was ordering.

Product& ordering was great. Arrived pretty quickly. Love my blinds
