To start I am a returning customer and was very happy with my first purchase. I am happy with the quality of the product. I didn't go to a "box store" because I was looking (and paying for) a custom product to match the exact dimensions of my window. Ordered a pair of curtains, called and spoke with a SelectBlinds representative who directed me to order a specific measurement. Ordered and paid a hefty price for the blinds. They did not fit the window and all the company would offer is a 10% discount on another set of curtains, despite the fact that a representative told me what measurements to order. I can understand if it was my error and I didn't seek guidance from SelectBlinds…. But I did. Very dissatisfied.
Although the roller blind keeps out the light well, it does not roll back up easily. I'm disappointed with this product. Also, the instructions were not clear.

Love these blinds! They let in the natural light in but keeps the heat of the sun out. Highly recommend them! The only thing I would do different is add an extra 1/2 to 1 inch to my length.

Very easy to select what you need in the exact size and color.
I decided to order from Select Blinds because the website measurement details were so specific and helpful. Easy and reassuring. We bought 2 cellular shades and 4 black fabric room darkening roller shades. We are pleased with all of them. The black fabric roller shades look so classy. They lift like cellular shades. I just push them up. Incredible improvement in roller shades from the past.

We brought both vertical blinds and zebra blinds. The valances on the vertical blinds were wrong. For the zebra blinds, installation was terrible since the attachment bracket screws interfered with the blind.

A bit confusing and having to take 1/2" off the height for vertical blinds was quite the surprise since in bold RED text you say don't reduce the dimension we will handle that.
The brackets were so bad to install and no info on the blinds on what is the "front" vs "back". It's 2026 so getting a video via QR code would be very helpful.

Install was super easy. I bought 2 sets and both fit the windows perfectly. I guessed wrong on the color of one set, but they'll do. The color of the other set is absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to get them up in my kitchen.
Selectblinds use to have a fully custom service for the same or better price than the big box stores, but now as most companies do they now give you less for the same or more money.
I had to really search on this site for actual custom blinds
We ordered the blinds after following the measurement guide and reading the expected ordering process and wait time. We received them about a month later and they perfectly fit our windows. The fabric looks nice and they open/close easily but feel sturdy. We are pleased with the results.

After spending $800+ on product, $300+ on install, dead in water on operation, wifi & remote control. Cannot operate my $1000 investment! Very Dissatisfied!
The designers were great walking me through my purchase. The blind came quickly and, like the other 6 we bought 2 years ago, was easy to install... my only disappointment is that we could only get a 48" cord for this very tall window.
There is a one inch light gap on an inside mounted blind between the window frame and the blind on the side housing the continuous chain mechanism for raising and lowering.
Noticeable one inch misalignment or offset of the valance and the blind. The blind is cut one inch shorter than the valance on the side housing the continuous chain raising and lowering mechanism.
No photos reveal the one inch light gaps or offset valances on Select Blinds' website because these undesirable characteristics would lead to no sales.
The customer service supervisor said Select Blinds is "unable" to display in photos the four categories of blind raising and lowering mechanisms they offer. They therefore show no examples of blinds with a continuous chain mechanism to avoid drawing attention to the visibly noticable incongruence.
Even with the FIT-protection guarantee, the offer to remake the blind was at full price minus 10%.
Every cited policy was written as a catch 22 for customers to protect Select Blinds.
The company owner is unaccountable as he cannot be reached in any way and there is no offer of resolution beyond the overseas customer service with which American English speaking customers will experience a language barrier.
Customer Service took three days to respond. The supervisor used blame tactics, and offered no reasonable resolution.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I was hoping I could return the original blind & a least get a partial refund/credit. No such luck. I was not allowed to return the blind. Now I am ordering a blind from another company.

I ordered Roman shades and they are big rolls, I thought it would be more flat. They don't look like the traditional Roman shades. I thought it needed time to relax and work its self out to be more flat but it's been over a month and they still look fluffy.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
