I started by purchasing something small because I like your web page and products, but was not gonna spend a lot of money until I saw How I get my items. Well just like any other site its always late. First they said on June 1st, then 3rd, now its 4th. We will see if it goes any farther. Order # 66-******* Fedex tracking is **************. Cant imagine if I ordered anything heavy or bulky.
I had to type in my vehicle make, model, engine size, etc at least 5 times and still the site could not get it right. I ordered replacement headlight assemblies and after all the keystrokes the vehicle was not right at checkout. I am now getting emails detailing parts that may or may not fit on the vehicle I own. I hope the headlights I ordered fit.

Just received my bed cover installed it yesterday for my 26 Chevrolet 2500HD, floor mats, wind deflectors are all here and installed. Talked to someone on the phone and got great help.

American Trucks had a nice selection of parts to choose from and their prices and availability were better than most of the auto stores. I'm even considering purchasing a set of custom rims soon!
The arm rest cover is too big for it and make sure it hug around it and plus the measure is correct. Regardless the years of the vehicle. When you get these products you should measure the spaces. Plus in the catalog.

Audio team not well abreast of information around subs and spaces, I believe this is because it's very limited information on website.
Great selection, I found everything I was looking for and there's no need to stress if you don't know if anything will fit your ride, you put in your info and they tell you if it will fit. Prices were better than most other sites I was looking at. Don't know much about the return policy because I didn't need it yet.
Have bought a few items on American Trucks so far. Everything has been in great shape, good selection. Great way for my truck to stand apart. Will continue to give them my business
The selection was great. The prices were fair. The website was user friendly. Support sucks. My biggest retreat is now I have several thousand parts being shipped and if anything isn't right I will just have to reorder from somewhere else. Luckily the tonneau and power steps have not been ordered.

We do apologize for this situation, and we reached out to the manufacturer. They shared that recently there was a change and the wheels no longer come with wheel spacers. If you received the spacer with three of the wheels, these were packed before the change. They are reviewing our request to have a spacer sent to you. Once we receive their response we will share this information with you.

I've ordered a handful of things here and I greatly appreciate their products and reviews and opportunities to share installs etc.
So far so good everything I've ordered has been correct. Shipped on time. Nothing damaged or missing nothing to complain about here.
I was upfitting my stock Ford F150 and looking for various parts on the internet. I called American Trucks and spoke to Dan W who provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful. He helped me decide on items when I wasn't sure which way to go and offered suggestions when I asked for additional help.
Once I'd decided what to buy, he placed the orders for me and the items shipped right away. I was amazed how fast American Trucks was able to do this. I ordered things from other websites as well, but none of them provided the same level of service and efficiency as American Trucks. I highly recommend them to anyone who is shopping for truck parts.

I had called to get some information about an exhaust and the person I spoke with said if i ordered it that day before a certain time which I called them as soon as they opened. That it would shipped out that day i say oh great thanks. Well the person I spoke with NEVER SAID THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EXHAUST AT THERE FACILITY THAT IT COMES FROM THE MAKER OF THE EXHAUST. So you know it sucks when you never ordered from this place before all i got was a thank you for your purchase NO 🧾 INVOICE NOTHING AND I ORDERED IT AROUND 10 am eastern time so by 430 here i still haven't received anything and the money was already pulled from my account. After calling and seeing what happened i found out the exhaust comes from somewhere else not there where i originally ordered it finally got the email this morning it was shipped. But don't like being lied to the 1st impression is your only one and it wasn't that great waiting all day thinking ill be getting the email anytime now just sad.

While we do try to send the majority of our items from our warehouses, there are some items that we will need to reach out to the manufacturer and ask if they can send the item to the customer. For Rough Country most of their items are drop shipped directly from them, we submit orders to them.
We were disappointed to hear that you did not receive your invoice after your order was processed. We do send out invoices via email once the order is processed and we send another email once the tracking number is added to the order. If you did not receive these, we ask that you please check your junk or spam folders as there are times when the emails are sent to these inboxes in error.
We reviewed the tracking information, and we show that this shipped out to you the date you purchased it 5/29 and it is expected to be delivered on 6/2.

Just arrived the Barricade running boards yesterday after ordering them the day before. Installed it this morning- everything fit perfect and was easy to install. Quality running boards.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
