The purchasing experience was fantastic! I originally ordered the wrong size wheels and tires for my truck. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted customer service and they were able to help me correct the order and get me into a set that fit.
I was looking to upgrade the wheel package on my 2024 ram 2500. Ironically, I had a tire in my shopping cart that was not rated high enough. After speaking with my representative. He was able to explain in detail that I needed a different tire and we discussed the wheel package together because I was looking for specific look for my truck.

The gentleman who helped me, Dylan, was very professional and informative. He saved me so much time and headache. The service is great, and essential if you're looking to build out your rig. The guess work was eliminated and my wheels/tires perfectly, fit on my truck as advertised.
