I actually stumbled on to the item I ultimately was the high bidder on while looking for something else. Budding was effortless. Except for the person who kept upping the ante in the last two minutes generating a reset. Afterwords your representative Heidi, was helpful and reassuring. Give her a raise.

The bidding process went smoothly. However, after being notified that I had the high bid, the instructions said I would be notified by email with a receipt and final instructions of how to complete the transaction. I have not received these instructions so far. Since the piece of equipment, I bought is located only four miles from me, and I need to use it right away, it is a bit frustrating.

Easy to place bids and track the auction. Registering was a little cumbersome
I was upset when the sale closed and a buyers premium was attached. I missed it when I was bidding. I really think it should be stated in bolder print that a premium will be attached. I will think long and hard about using auction time again. You are working for the seller, why should I have to pay to buy some thing?

I entered a max bid three or four times. The bidding would immediately go up to my max bid. If I bid slowly, $100 increase at a time, the next bid would not occur until the last few seconds. And then only by enough to win the high bid. It REALLY makes me question this max bid thing. I've never ever bought something that doesn't at least go to my max bid.

Auction went fine after I got help to get logged in. Your home page would not accept my password after I had used it to log on for a few years. After the auction the next day I went to pick up the machine and the dealer tried to stick me with a bucket other than what was on the machine in the auction. I won't trust that guy anymore. Got it home and now gotta fix things on it. Bummed out about the ordeal.

Overall, I am satisfied with the machine and the seller's service. However, the bidding system needs improvement. The frequent time extensions in the final minutes create an artificial price hike. I hope AuctionTime considers a more transparent, fixed closing schedule in the future to respect the bidders' time.

Bedding from the app and in the last couple minutes, it wouldn't load my watchlist so I didn't know which of the five or six items that were selling. I wanted to bid on.
