Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I called at 10:00 AM today to make an urgent adjustment to my order. I was transferred four times between different departments, only to end up back with the original department. I was then told someone would call me back within an hour.
Two hours later, I called back and the line disconnected. I called again immediately, frustrated, and the line disconnected a second time. I called a third time and specifically asked to speak with the person already familiar with my case. I was told she would call me back within 30 minutes.
An hour later, I had to call again. After being transferred yet another time, I finally spoke with her, only for her to offer no solution whatsoever.
Buyer beware. BannerBuzz wallet points can only be applied to up to 25% of an order, and their Assurance Plus plan only covers claims made within 3 days of delivery. These limitations may be in the fine print, but they are far from obvious when placing an order.
I would not bother paying extra for the Assurance Plus plan. With customer service this poor, do not expect meaningful refunds, credits, or compensation when problems arise.
At this point, I can only hope my order arrives on time and in good condition, because dealing with BannerBuzz customer service again sounds like a nightmare.
I uploaded my design for a flyer, and they came out exactly as expected. The site is super user-friendly and my delivery arrived early!

When I received my tent, I discovered one of the red locks was completely seized and would not budge, thus preventing the use of one of the tent's legs. My email to customer service received a quick reply, and after submitting a video of the tent showing its issue, I was offered a replacement red lock and an instructional video.

I ordered a custom flag and contacted customer support in advance to make sure I chose the correct options. I was advised to request a black base using a comment. I followed those instructions exactly, but the flag was printed on a white base instead.

Answer: Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product. I ordered this https://www.bannerbuzz.com/signicade-deluxe-black/p and paid 56.00 dollars they sent me 2 piece of printed paper 2 by 3 wort a dollar each a the dollar store. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
