We contacted this company to request a few customisations to a quote. These were clearly discussed and agreed over the phone before placing the order.
After the order was accepted, they later changed their position and said they would not carry out the agreed customisations. This led to 2/3 days of back-and-forth, despite us reiterating that everything had been agreed in advance.
They then informed us the order was "on hold" and would be delayed by at least 4/5 days, stating they would not proceed without our confirmation of the new delivery date.
We responded that we did not accept the delay and requested to cancel the order.
However, they have now claimed the item has already been started despite previously stating multiple times that no work would begin without our approval, and are now refusing a refund.
This has been the worst customer service experience we've had in a B2B transaction.
Overall, the experience with the flag banners has been quite disappointing due to multiple quality issues. The graphics appear faded and washed out, which makes the banners look old and reduces their visibility from a distance. The print quality doesn't feel sharp or vibrant, and the overall finish looks below the expected standard.
On top of that, the hardware and stitching also seem poorly finished. The banner sleeve wasn't sewn properly, causing the material to sit unevenly and crumple instead of stretching out smoothly. This affects the presentation significantly and makes the banners look untidy once installed.
Combined, these issues give an unprofessional look and don't reflect well on the overall branding display.

Easy to design, and the staff are very helpful if you get it wrong. If the photos etc. aren't large enough for the banner you designed, they will enlarge them for you.

So disappointed with this service. I went for the design option and it is truly awful. The wind hole is in the middle of my logo, the file name is printed at the bottom, and the whole experience has been very slow too.

The design process was reasonably easy and they checked the quality of images. One thing to be aware of, this was air freighted into Stanstead so it is not actually made in the UK, however, it was delivered on the day specified so it was not delayed.

Paid extra for express delivery the item was supposed to arrive by the 13th October, it finally arrived on the 27th. To be fair the product is quite good but you need to allow a long delivery time as it will be arriving from India. Which i wasn't aware of.

For the amount of choice, the free help with adjusting the quality (to be excellent), the speed of production and delivery, I cannot fault this company. I was also able to get a good discount which made the price amazing too. The only issue for me, was that with not being computer literate, I did need a little help with 'making' the poster.
