I ordered a dress from bcbgeneration.com on Tuesday 13th February and paid 15 for express shipping to Ireland as I needed the dress for Friday 23rd Feb. I received my order confirmation email the same day, and the Borderfree shipping notification email on Friday 16th February. The shipment was due to arrive by Wednesday 21st Feb but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on Monday 19th Feb.
The dress itself is beautiful and I'm very happy with it. I am glad that I went up a size (I am usually a UK dress size 10 but ordered the US size 8 which is technically a UK size 12) and it fits just right. If you tend to go between dress sizes, I would definitely order the bigger size to avoid disappointment.
All in all, very happy with my experience.
I returned two items and paid the shipping fee, but was still charged shipping fee when they processed my return. I have been trying to get a refund through but haven't got even one response. POOR customer service!
