Friendly and Professional service

Neal was warm and genuine when I called to book a room. He found good rates for my stay and made sure I had all the services in line for the time I'm at the hotel including shuttle service to the airport. So appreciated!

Amazing service

My customer rep Janice was very patient leading me through a new way of completing how to book a room reservation. She didn't rush me when I was trying to find the least expensive option for me.

Last minute

Over all a good experience. Brittany was efficient and helped us get an extremely early check-in at The Doubletree. The actual conversation was extremely clipped, almost automated like, but Im sure a script is followed. All in all task complete and I was happy.

Manpreet did a great job getting the accommodations we wanted, quickly and efficiently.
My wife did see a better price on booking.com, with no cancellation fee, but I'd already made the booking. At any rate, great job by Manpreet.

Queen suite

She was able to complete Lee the reservation for either Pepper BeallMaupin or Yassin Alway to be able to check us into the Hotel on June 8 2026. For our party of three as we are arriving at different times.

I had a wonderful experience booking with the agent who helped me reserve a room during after-hours on an emergency whim, we had a room to stay the night after 2am at The Hampton Inn Suites. We are very thankful for the agent who provided great patience and provided us a safe space to stay for the night. Thank you again!

Amazing service from Annie!

We are traveling from New Hampshire and came down for a visit and had to be out of our air bnb by 10am but flight back home doesn't leave until late tonight and Annie helped me get a room with early check in and made the whole process fast and phenomenal! I would highly recommend reserving rooms with her or directing any questions/concerns you may have to her attention for great fast service! I was extremely impressed.

Fantastic Service

We turned out we're in an area that due to a event in Garden Grove had to be evacuated.
We had stayed at the Ayers before a few years ago so this is the first hotel we called.
I spoke to Teiona and she so helped me with booking the room as sent me a link and walked me through it and made sure we got a room
She was very patient and kind and that is greatly appreciated.
More people who help others I hope are like her

Anthony did a wonderful job and gave great customer service. He answered all our questions. Your AI however, is absolutely awful! "She " answers pretending to be a human with no identification that it is AI. I was disconnected 3 times before getting Anthony. You almost didn't get a reservation from us due to your AI! Sacrificing customer service and representatives like Anthony to make a buck will eventually affect the dollar you're trying to save. So grateful for Anthony and the wonderful job he did! You can thank him for this customer. You would not have gotten our reservation without him.

Horrible. Simply asked for rate. Speaking to a human initially, i was transferred to automation reservations, It repeated it self twice and did same as it transferred me 3 times, I just hung up and called another hotel in area

Unpleasant experience

Kept getting spelling and numbers wrong over and over. Couldn't answer some of my questions. Received email confirmation and guest name was spelled incorrectly. Asked to correct and said she could not. I asked before disconnecting if she was a real person or AI. Had to call customer service number which took another 5 minutes.

Despite the posted rates on Hotel.com for 2 nites was 33% higher than currently listed, a ridiculous 24 hr. CANCELLATION POLICY for a 2 night stay 50 days in the future, Stephanie offered me a DISCOUNT, that offset my $83 cancellation fee, I calmed down, and confirmed my reservation!
