Super.com was easy to use and seems they provide a better rate than other platforms. My only issue was making payment - I kept getting a msg saying my CVV or Billing address was incorrect however I used the same card details on this site a couple of weeks ago with no problem. I eventually had to add another card which I'm not happy about given safety issues around online payments.
1st booking was challenging to do but next all were cheap and easy. Good vibes.
Booking is fast, but I have notice to hotel nowhere can be put. Our flight landing at 23:30, when reach to hotel maybe over 12:00am, can you notice hotel for this check in time?

Tevens vond ik het makkelijk dat ik eigenlijk een ander hotel op het oog had maar toch omdat ik dit hotel ook zag staan, deze toch geboekt heb.

Per ogni camera sono mostrati dei prezzi che non tengono conto di "tasse e commissioni", che vengono aggiunte e fatte pagare solo in un secondo momento, allorchè si paga la prenotazione. Ad es. In aggiunta ai 129€ mostrati come tariffa per la camera che ho prenotato, mi sono stati anche addebitati 12,77€ come "tasse e commissioni", che però inizialmente non comparivano da nessuna parte. Questo spiega il perchè le tariffe di Super spesso sembrano particolarmente convenienti rispetto ad altre ota, ma in realtà non è affatto detto che lo siano. Il sito è inoltre difettoso nell'effettuare le ricerche degli hotel sulla mappa ed è poco trasparente riguardo le condizioni di prenotazione (ad es. Per lo stesso hotel può comparire una tariffa che da una parte c'è scritto che è rimborsabile, dall'altra che non lo è; oppure per lo stesso hotel da una parte c'è scritto che il wi-fi è a pagamento e dall'altra che è gratis). Riguardo le tariffe per i membri super+, queste sono più convenienti ma occorre pagare un abbonamento pari a ben €13 al mese per essere membri super+. Ai membri super+ è concesso poi un cashback su ogni prenotazione, che però viene assegnato solo dopo l'avvenuto soggiorno, perfino se si paga l'intero costo della camera al momento della prenotazione!

TOLD ME I WOULD GET THE HOTEL FOR £60 CHEAPER IF I SIGNED UP TO SUPERSTAR. I SIGNED UP. THEY TOOK MY BOOKING AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE.
If I could review Super.com as zero stars, I would. We booked a hotel through Super.com and by mistake made an error on a booking day. Difference of 1 day. The hotel had rooms available and ask to reschedule with Super.com. They refuse to change the booking day. Wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Just awful service. Cheap company. Be aware!
