After it was determined that the computer was defective. Used online to find a rebuilt computer which always has a little anxiety related to how the reman will work out but every thing went OK. Reasonable cost but a little slow to arrive. Over all worked out well.

I followed the installation instructions you sent and after the 30 minutes, I plugged it in and the car started right up! I am very happy about this. I have been a mechanic for 25 years now and it's always great to find quality parts.

Sent my computer to you guys because the transmission would only shift maybe 2 out of 5 times starting the car. Now it changes 4 out of 5 times since I had it back. There's only been 1 time that I've had to restart.

The ECM came in a nicely packaged box with no room to bounce around and get broken it also included a return label for the core
This made it extremely easy rape up the old unit place it in the box slap on the re turn label
Drop it off at a fedx box all is good

I did everything they asked online that I had information to I contacted them the next day for the information I did not have and they were able to walk me through to get the information they needed

I first gave this number to a shop. They used it two times although they were able to get the car to smog not sure they only said Engine or transmission not good. I brought it to a transmission shop that rebuilt it with a kit. Also since he had intermittent readings from the OBD connector, had wiring harness replaced.
When I sent the computer in myself for the first time, I believe it was Lance who told me there won't be a problem and it won't cost me anything so I did that then. After I got it back, l installed it and had a Mechanic say the PCM CODE LIT; after a little more than 12 days l called due to this problem. Sent it back and ended up starting all over again because the Theee not lifetime warranty had been exhausted according to the technician l spoke with. They had to get a manager to review and make the call so l made a payment to get it re-tested. I believe the overall experience was a good one, although I didn't want to pay due to the shop using up all three allowable retests that l was told by a representative at your company.

Delivery went to business next door and they gave it to us saturday and I just installed it today but the security light keeps blinking and seems to have a loss of power. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will package up the core tomorrow and send it out.

The whole process of ordering the correct part was very easy and fast. The fact that it was programmed to fit my specific vehicle was a plus. Delivery was quick and the part worked.

I was told by my ex-husband when I figured out I needed a new PCM to come to this website that they sell all kind of PCMs and it was affordable and it has a lifetime warranty so you can't get no better than that got my new PCM in within a week And it was easy to hook up and connect it came already programmed to my vehicle's VIN number which was absolutely awesome I would definitely be buying from them again if I ever need a PCM for another vehicle.

I needed a PCM for my Jeep and the dealership was ridiculously high so I shopped around on the internet and found Car Computer Exchange and did a little research and decided to give them a try and I'm happy to say they did not disappoint me, I got my PCM install the next day and she drives perfect. 👍🏼😁

I ordered the computer less than two weeks ago. The people were friendly knowledgeable, so let me know that this particular computer. If I have a key fob needs to be programmed. If I have a regular blade key, it does not line had to be programmed. I did it with a pretty basic scan tool. It was easy. I definitely recommend them. The computer showed up in less than a week.

My truck kept stalling so i order the EUC. They send me the wrong one but my truck is up and running so im just stay with the wrong part for now cause i had to get my keys replaced and dont feel like replacing them again

The company did exactly what they said they would do. Received it in a timely manner installed pcm and my vehicle started right up. Test drove it about 50 miles and so far so good. My truck seems to be back to normal..

Have orders many computers from these folks with no issues other than giving them the wrong info once and they were very understanding

Finding this site was a GOD-send! My husband had an electrical issue with his truck, and we pin-pointed it to the PCM. Searching the web, I found this site, and so glad I did. The site makes it so easy to find what you need, purchase, and make sure you get the right part. My husband put the PCM on his truck yesterday, and might I say he and I are bothe pleased and excited. We bought a "clean" garage kept jeep that has been in storage for 8 yrs. Test drove it it was running rough. Sounded terrible. After replacing the coil pack, cam position sensor, crank position sensor, plugs, we thought it was the catalytic converter we went to a fresh set of eyes and he said computer (ECM) FOUND THIS PLACE and I am glad we did. 10 days later, the jeep is running like brand new. I recommend them highly.
