I should have known better than to order a hood that was this cheap. The quality was terrible. You could see multiple areas where the individual making the holes in the hood slipped off and cut into the hoods outer skin. Several areas of the hood didn't fit the mold when it was layed up and the remaining fiberglass was so thin it had holes in it. There were hundreds of pin holes in the outer surface. I had to do several repairs, tons of sanding, shaping and filling to make this hood even look decent. I haven't painted it yet and I have invested 20+ hours of work into it. I think I may sell what I have and just buy a nice carbon fiber hood instead. I am very disappointed in what I got. I would encourage this company to have some pride in their product and not let garbage like this ever leave the facility. Truly shameful, I'm sure no one will read this and I'm regretting even wasting my time writing it.

Took forever to ship; once it did ship the shipping company delivered it 3 days later than originally promised.

Once it did arrive; they didn't give me the opportunity to inspect the hood. It wasn't offered.

The hood had damage on it from the factory; but it's more trouble than it's worth to do anything about it.

Wouldn't buy from this place again.

Paid a ton of money for shipping and receiving my item damaged

It was really easy to order everything i wanted got here fairly quick, maybe in all about 2 weeks, from ordering to arriving.

Ordering was easy as usual. Shipping of the chosen bumper was less than 3 weeks. And the bumper looks great. Haven't checked fitment yet on the sw20, but the duraflex bumber looks amazing.

Small minor damage, most likely from the FedEx shipping but totally fixable. Customer service when I called to confirm my order after not receiving a email confirmation for 2 days was a little rude.

I ordered a grille, they reached out right away and let me know it wasn't in stock, they gave me a similar option and a refund for the price difference, definitely recommend their grilles.

The shipping was slow had to pick up my self from location also the first hood I order wasn't in stock was on back order so had to get different one which cost me more but hood come well packed and in great condition

Item arrived in great condition 1 month and 1 day after order was placed. Every time I called customer service I was provided with the best known details about my order at the time. Only small issue was I was promised that I would be reached out to over email/phone with any updates regarding my order, and I never got one even up to the day that the wing arrived. No big complaints though nothing that affected my overall experience.

I ordered a wing for my mustang, the product came fast, in good shape, and even with some hardware, making it ready to install. Which ice heard is uncommon for carbon creations products. The website, is also easy to use and set up to where it's not hard to find the exact part you need for your specific model of vehicle.

Great price, delivered on time, friendly sales department, informative, convenience.

Have not gotten it installed yet, but it arrived looking as good as I hoped it to look.

Items delivered was damaged and they promised to compensate me for that but nothing received yet.

Delivery was late and the product didn't fit right.
Supposedly out of the box fit... Had to cut and do body work on them. Needless to say not really happy...
