After my card was declined twice because of the arrangement.The bank had my daily limit less than my ticket purchase. Does this comes back the next day to see if i've had the problem resolved, Which I had just done prior to their call. They still have my information, flight number in seat excitement available for me. Very satisfied

I bought tickets from Stockholm to Boston. This website had a very good price for the flights we wanted. But they had to change our date to a day earlier since our original dates was fully booked. Then they didn't confirm our tickets for over a week despite me asking by phone and email multiple times. They kept saying tomorrow for 5 straight days! When it was finally confirmed, they forgot to assign us seats even though we paid for them. Overall, the result was we got the flights we wanted but the hassle and grief was almost not worth it.

Our flight was cancelled by the airline because they didn't receive their money from this website. Also the site charged me $77 per checked bag when it's $41 on the airline's website.

This site gave me the best fare, and booking was easy. My card company delined it first but I could just call the number texted and it took only couple of minutes to get it solved.

After l booked l realized that the carry on bag was not included. I had to phone and pay an extra $45.00 on top of fair. My e-ticket does not state the bag included. I'm worried that l won't be able to board with a carry on even though l paid extra. Printing your ticket is confusing as there are 100s of Airlines you have to sort through.

This company makes you think you have booked great tickets and will even send an email via their "sister" company "Travelsntickets" but the airline confirm and ticket numbers are not legit as you find out when trying to choose a seat via the actual airline you think you have tickets on. The actual airline said they didn't even have a flight at that time of from that city and never had. Instead Cheapflightfares waits for 2-3 days and then call you back to say the flight was cancelled and then try charging more for a different flight. If you don't bite they charge a $150+ cancel fee. Alternately if you figure out the scam within 24 hours of your booking (after discovering you don't actually have a booked flight with said airline), they will tell you that they can only give you credit for future flights booked through them or that you have to pay a fee. If you push back and tell them about the Department of Transportation's 24 hour refund law, they will put you on hold for over 10 minutes and transfer you to multiple people all trying to give the same lie, "The ticket you booked was a (fill in the blank here) so does not qualify for a full refund" then finally they say that someone named Simon is now assigned and will call back within 3 hours (and never does). If you call enough times and repeat you are privy to the 24 hour law, eventually they might give you the full refund (which will take 7 days). I had to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau before getting promised my refund which may never come.

I had to change a flight by one day, which was accomplished. The upcharge was a bit shocking, but I was stuck. Wonder why my trip cancellation coverage didn't apply, but so be it. Mia was helpful and kept me informed as to her progress along the way.

I accidentally bought a flight for the wrong day called 5 minutes later to try to work it out and the people were entirely unwilling to give me a refund even though it only been 10 minutes the only thing they were willing to do is have me pay more and change the day

Tried several ticket vendors and they had a rate advertised and then called me a day later and said that fare is no longer available. Gave me a new fare $140 higher. CheapFlightsFares was $1 less than their rate and came through much faster. Thank you!

Booking through Momondo was super easy and when there was a card issue the customer service team helped me through the solution. I will definitely chose CheapFlightsFares again.

Booked flight was called later that day stating the price increased and was informed I needed to pay the difference. When I said no and that I would book with another company they honored the original price. I also had my original departure flight for Saturday. Email confirmation validated this. Checking on the spirit app, cheapflights changed my departure flight to Sunday without notice

Having never booked with this site I did not expect much. Surprisingly, I was booked effortlessly, and got preferential seating and straightforward service.

I phoned customer service. The call was answered immediately. I identified myself and described my issue. The rep said he would email the e-ticket and it arrived in my in-box immediately. Great service and a great custom er experience.

Searched my flight through sky scanner app, found your website as most economical travel agency for my flight which I was about to buy. Flight is in few days from Medellin Colombia, to Mexico City and then to Chicago, Illinois with Aeromexico. Booked my flight with a check in luggage and received my confirmation where everything looked correct. Went to verify my flight directly to Aeromexico website where I logged in with information which was provided by Cheapflightsfares. However there I saw an issue because it was without the luggage. After that I have called customer service of your company to resolve this issue. Can't remember with who I was talking but it was a woman. Explained her my situation, she put me on hold to go verify and after she came back she confirmed that I don't have luggage. She seemed clueless, instead of admitting this issue of travel agency and trying to resolve it... she basically said that it is what it is and if I want to have check in luggage I need to buy it. This got me angry because I saw on airline website that to pay for this luggage it would be additional 140$. This would come more expensive that any of those other travel agencies from Skyscanner where I came in first place to compare all prices. I mentioned that I want to cancel it since basically this was a lie and she said I cannot because I would lost 100% cost of a flight. After that I spent 2-3 hours, calling and trying to figure out what I can do about it. Called Cheapflightsfares another time where some other employee (male) answered and resolved it for me. Wish I would remember name of that female customer service employee. Wish I would pay extra $ and went through some other travel agency with who I had good experience from the past.

We decided last minute to fly my husband home for the holiday and cheapflights had the cheapest flight and I booked online as he drove to the airport and by the time he got there within 1 hour he had his ticket and everything. Will definitely use Cheapflightsfares again

I was worried about flying into ohare Airport with only 30 minutes to get to my next flight, I called cheap flights and they arranged a wheel chair to get me there on time, I'm 72 yrs old with a bum knee. It was a breeze, they got ne there with 16 minutes to spare!
