I placed this order April 22nd. It took a month and two weeks to receive order. I love the items but will will have to order two months in advance, in order to receive on time. Why the wait so long?

I had to email several times to see when I would receive it. When I finally got the order it doesn't look anything like I saw on the website. And I ordered a large but the top is way too big. The bottoms fit fine.
My outfit ended up coming and it was a very nice outfit and true to size. However, it should never take over a month to receive it. I actually forgot about it and it just showed up in the mail one day. I ordered two outfits on the same day one came in a month. The second one came two weeks later that's unacceptable. And I will never order again.
Order took forever to process. I ended up canceling my order and promised a refund which I never received. I later received the cancelled item and requested to return. After several attempts by support to convince me to keep it with a partial refund they informed me that I have to now pay to have it shipped back. Customer service is terrible. So I am gonna request - now - they provide me with a 50% refund and I keep the dress that I do not even like.

I purchased a dress to wear at my daughter's wedding. I received confirmation that my item had been delivered, however, it was not delivered to my box. I contacted the company immediately, and they shipped me another dress out the very next day. I was very pleased with the customer service, as well as, the quality, fit, and beauty of m6 dress.
Was charged twice and received product twice. Only wanted one item. Having a hard time getting a refund. Not sure i will be ordering again.

I waited a month for it to be delivered and was never informed it was on back order. I had to contact them. And once it finally arrived it was totally different material and looked totally different than the photos included in the ad. False advertisement and presentation. It looks like an old 1980s chiffon prom dress.
Ordered 2 dresses at the same time. One came almost 2 and half weeks later than the first. The one was too big and I wanted to return it but it was such a hassle.

The order I placed was for a blue maxi dress. Appeared to be made of cotton. I received a gown made of taffeta. Not what I ordered. The material is completely different from what I ordered very dissatisfied. I wanted to return, but I got partial refund.

The website is easy to navigate. There are a lot of cute items to choose from. I didn't like how they split my order up. I received one item then maybe a week or so the rest came. I received my order and plan to purchase again in the future.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
