I received a package that was faulty advertisement, and I was disappointed to see that the package that I received was nothing like the picture that was on the link. The fabric wasn't the same as it was on the website. It didn't have rhinestones like it was on the website. It looked like a cheap shirt that you paste it. A sticker picture onto the shirt. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied and I want a full refund thank you. If I have to return this item to senders mailing address. My order number is. ORDER

I ordered a dress in April, waited for 2 weeks no updates. Decided to email was told sold out. Said let me know when stock is back, another 4 weeks no answer. Email again received message sold out. Requested full refund. Outfit is for a wedding that I now have nothing for. VERY UPSET.

No update on delay, no customer service available via phone everything is via email took forever to get a response via email and even though I requested a cancellation of my order it was ignored and was just advised my order was delayed.

It took a few weeks for the package to arrive. Tried it on but the fit was way too small. I bought a Medium but it felt like a small.

It was a perfect fit for my wife and looked absolutely beautiful. She wore it out in public as soon as she received it, and she received many compliments from people.

Company did not want to give a refund upon return. They offered to give a five or 10% refund to keep the items extremely unsatisfied.

My experience was awful. I have very never received my order. You took my money immediately and never sent me my product. I'm very unhappy with Chicme.

I had placed an order which was taking forever to arrive and I asked to cancel and they did so and gave me a full refund without hesitation.

Refunded the dress, it was cheap material. Still waiting on my refund. I had to email back and forth to get a return address, they offered 15%, 20%, and then 30% refund to keep the dress… I said no, I wanted a full refund. Had to pay $15 to ship it back and still no refund, not worth the $60 I paid for the dress. STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND….

I ordered the dress, it was a long wait but came just in time. I wore it on my wedding day and it was beautiful. The one top I ordered did not come in because it was sold out which is ridiculous. The pink top that came the arms were way too big and so I will have to give it away because I'm unable to wear it at the top of the arms they stick out my arms are thinner than this. I was unsure about your return policy.

I have been shopping with me for a long time. The last two orders I've received have not been very good at all. I would receive one of the orders and not the other. I'm very dissatisfied with this with these orders I still have not received the orange dress with the shorts. Please send me the orange dress with the shorts or refund my money that dress was $42.99. Close have a different texture than what is described. Clothes are overly large and baggy. They do not have free returns. So my overall experience has been bad.

Tried to return unworn item as fast as I received it and I was told no even though it states on their refund policy that you can. Will never come back

The item I received looks totally different from pic. The customer service was no help in returning the item. Horrible experience and will never buy anything again.

I would have given the dress 5 stars but it had a lo as e thread I was afraid to pull. It is a very pretty dress and it fits true to size. I am 5'2 and 150lbs.

I placed this order April 22nd. It took a month and two weeks to receive order. I love the items but will will have to order two months in advance, in order to receive on time. Why the wait so long?

I had to email several times to see when I would receive it. When I finally got the order it doesn't look anything like I saw on the website. And I ordered a large but the top is way too big. The bottoms fit fine.

My outfit ended up coming and it was a very nice outfit and true to size. However, it should never take over a month to receive it. I actually forgot about it and it just showed up in the mail one day. I ordered two outfits on the same day one came in a month. The second one came two weeks later that's unacceptable. And I will never order again.
