I brought my Mac jacket and pants to cycle gear to switch out the armor which was CE-1 to CE-2. The armor needed was not in stock so after the "correct" armor was determined it was ordered by the sales clear online. The clerk ordered two sets of each armor thinking only one came in an order so I received double of everything and would have had to return the extra sets. But it turned out the shoulder armor didn't fit the jacket and I had to return both. I take riding safety very seriously and providing incorrect armor information is a serious error to me
Good experience, ordered same Maxxum fork oil at Amazon, and they changed the shipping to 3 weeks later. Ordered at Cycle Gear and the same price, but 5 business day delivery!

I bought a Sedici helmet last year. The sun visor quit working. Cycle Gear in Spokane Valley, Washington ordered me another one and contacted me 5 days later when it came it. No hassle, no issues. Just gave them my broken helmet and got a new one.
I also ordered a rear tire for my BMW. I took them the wheel and they mounted the new one. No issues.
The staff at this store are amazing, customer oriented, and professional. They have great relationships with customers and are on a first name basis with many. They know motorcycles and motorcycle gear!

Went in store to understand more about what I needed. Shopped a lil further online. Checkout was simple. Delivery was fast. Over all easy experience.
I got the rider jeans that I wanted, but I wish I could have just gone to the store and bought them. I find it odd that there were no boot cut riding jeans at the store, considering boots should be worn when riding.
Ordered and received some gloves I'm happy with. However, when I tried to use a gift card, the web site threw an error and I had to call customer support to get it sorted out. They were able to work around whatever system issue they were having, and placed my order on my behalf, crediting the gift card amount from the overall total
Always a good experience to visit and shop at Cycle Gear Matthews. The entire staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The managers, Kim and Mike are great people and are always willing to take the time to assist me. This includes the entire staff.

The overall shopping experience and the delivery time for the tire was great, the tire arrived at the store within a few days. But the services people who were mounting the tire broke the TPM sensor while either taking the old tire off or putting the new on.
I purchased this battery for my wife's 2023 Indian Super Chief for the jumpstart button. The bike has always been difficult to start for the first time cold. Since replacing the OEM battery with Antigravity battery the always starts first try.
These LED turn signals for front and rear are very small, very bright and work great! The only problem I have with them are that the nuts they came with were too big to fit properly and they don't tighten.
The wife and I needed to upgrade our helmets so we went into the store and were immediately given all the help we needed! The store manager was very helpful and took great care of us!
Ordered shield per their description, but did not fit my helmet. Sent it back the next day. Still waiting on partial refund. They say you get your money back, but fail to say it cost you to pay for shipping.

This is one of my go to stores for Motorcycle gear and parts! They have brick and mortar stores so you can try things hand or feel what they are made of and how the look. Great service in store and on line!
The order was shipped fast and was ready to go when I needed it also baught the tire online and was able to get it mounted for the lower price just had to show proof of purchase
The Cycle Gear site was easy to use, I purchased a new Shoei GT Air helmet on sale. High quality product that was delivered quickly. The helmet fit is excellent.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
