Great experience designing the mother's ring I have always wanted. The process was easy and I was stunned at how beautiful it was when I received it. Appreciate the great care taken to protect it when shipping and flexibility using a shipper that allowed me to change it to a pick up location as signature was required and I was not at home during the day!

I bought a beautiful ring for my soon to be wife and the ring came in as described. I also reached out to customer service and they were very pleasant to speak with and explained the whole process to me. It gave me the confidence that what I was buying on line was genuine. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

I loved the design choices of the jewelry on the website but I wish there was the option to customize things like gem size. If I'm paying thousands for handcrafted jewelry, I want it to be something uniquely tailored to my purchase. Overall I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend shopping around in this website again. But I think there's still some things that could be improved

Delivery date pushed out by +1week from initial estimates. Unfortunately, the new delievry date would coincide with my travel trip(the one i was going to propose on). Diamondere customer service helped me update my shipping address to my travel location and I received it with no issues. (She said yes!). For future buyers, give yourself 2 weeks of margin for need date.

The service was good, but I had to go in and change the address because the delivery kept being rescheduled because the apartment number was not added in.

Designing your own ring on your internet based software was a nice experience for sure

I was looking for an alternative to the traditional high school graduation ring for my granddaughter. With Diamondere, I was able to personalize the ring through inscription in the band and the color of stone used. The vintage look and feminine style made it a beautiful gift in which she loved.
