My membership was suspended during my first auction for no apparent reason, and it is the end of the second day since the auction and I still have not been provided an invoice to pay for my purchase, luckily I was able to contact the auctioneer and pay cash for my purchase so I could pick them up prior to the three day deadline.

Hi Joe, thank you for sharing your experience — we sincerely apologize for the membership suspension and delay that put a damper on your auction process. We're committed to making sure your next experience goes smoothly. As with all new bidders the account is temporarily suspended when a maximum bidding threshold is met, this triggers an account reverification. Your account was reviewed and reinstated promptly. Thank you for your understanding.

Updated review

Yesterday I bid $300. On an item and by the time it got there it took my bid as $700. Seemed like internet froze, If your internet is not fast enough it is best not to bid. Not bidding today, Afraid of getting caught.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we apologize for the frustration caused by the bidding glitch and understand how timing is crucial. We’re continually working to improve website performance and recommend using a stable connection to avoid similar issues. We hope you’ll give us another chance and will be here to support you every step of the way.

Unfortunately, remote auctions in rural areas can be challenging. The seller is making every effort to make bidding as smooth as possible but this will vary on occasion due to factors out of their control.

Able to bid on Classic car in Seminole with no issues and able to see items in timely fashion. Great experience. However when bidding on one in Sulphur Springs kept getting bidder blocked message in bid window. Items for auction not appearing in a timely fashion and multiple times saying hold on internet as they were selling items not listed. Bid multiple times and bids not accepted. Very frustrating. Later lost internet connection and not able to reconnect even after restarting phone. Had to login with different phone but by the time that I got in auction was over

I really don't like when you won the auction then it's pending, then they call you to ask for more money, on the mind time you are still binded to your offer, and cannot be part of other auctions become you don't know the outcome on the first one.

Geraldo, we appreciate you sharing your experience and understand how the waiting period after winning an auction can be frustrating. We're actively working to make payment processes clearer and faster to help you manage your bids with greater confidence in future auctions. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve, and we hope to provide a smoother experience on your next visit.

Please review the terms and conditions that you would have accepted prior to clicking into the auction. Generally, they include language as to whether the seller has the right implement reserves on items, those are their terms and not the terms of EF.

Won the auction but marked pending, shouldn't be allowed, because when that happens you are still liable until they call you with a counteroffer, then you miss other opportunities,
Start with a base price if you don't let it go for less.

I won the bid on a 2002 Cadillac DeVille and the listing showed pics of a nice vehicle. However when I got the invoice, it said no title and the vehicle was a parts vehicle. That was not on the listing. This is the second time I won the bid on a vehicle and neither listing said no title nor running condition. Someone is not doing their job

This is the responsibility of the auctioneer and I would let them know and we will let them know as well.

They falsely advertised a golf cart.
They said it was black or ended up being Grey
They showed 3 pictures of a fully assembled golf cart and when I got there to pick it up they gave me a thousand piece puzzle to solve and even worse than that the golf cart was sitting on top of a four foot tall frame. I have no idea how I'm going to get it off that frame. They definitely false advertised and even worse than that the puzzle they sold me fell appart the whole way home. Bolts and parts are probably lost now as we had to pick several scratched up items off the side of the road. I was lied to and there's no recourse after the fact...

Stephen, we’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, especially with the condition and details of the golf cart you received. Your frustration is completely understandable, and we’re committed to improving how items are described. Thank you for sharing.

There was a slight delay from the live auction bidders to the online experience which was a little frustrating.

The auction ran past midnight and Equipment Facts disabled my bidding option at midnight. This was completely unacceptable. I will not be using EF again until this is corrected. I bid on auctions hundreds of miles from my home and I want to maximize the opportunity when I have items that I won. Missing out on the option to bid on almost 100 items from this last auction was extremely disappointing.

I won the item I was interested in, but I do not have sound to the auctions, I don't have a button to turn on the sound to the live auction or bidding, I am using a Samsung Galaxy z fold 6 phone, I opened different auctions and same thing... I opened my account on a friend's phone and the sound works fine, i can see where to turn it on and off but I don't have that option. Not sure what to do, I looked around in settings and didn't have any luck.

I bid online and won a plow
April 29, 2026

I bid online and won a plow. 2 items later the item I really wanted, a grain drill came up for bid. I bid once at 50 dollars and was prepared to go to 800 to 900 dollars. The page wouldn't reload and let me bid and I heard it sell for 130 dollars. If you are going to have internet bidding it has to work better. They said they were having a real bad time with the internet

Louis, thank you for your honest feedback and for winning the plow—congratulations there! We apologize for the difficulties during the grain drill bidding and are working hard to improve our online system’s reliability. Unfortunately, some sellers in rural areas only have internet that can be spotty at times, we will let them know.

Great experience with the program for the most part I mean I did get a machine. Auction was cover well the user interface became a little confusing jumping between screens from viewing the live auction to the next upcoming lots and back. For an additional 10% online bidding fee I would expect better.

I recently made a bid on equipment facts and got a text confirming that I won the bid. Only for me to call the partner site that uploaded the auction (Yoder and Frey auctioneers llc) and I was told the bid went to another bidder. It said I won - I'm confused!

I did reach out to equipmentfacts and they promised to follow up on the bid to find out what happened. I'm hoping to hear from them or the partner website to gain clarity on the turnout of things.
