I would recommend this property to people without small children. While it says it is baby friendly, it truly is not. Exposed electrical, no hate by the stairs. While it would've been great for just my husband and I, it wasn't with our toddler in tow. I communicated our concerns to the owner. He was very communicative at the beginning, but when I told him we'd be leaving early due to our safety concerns, he stopped responding,
We didn't like the feeling that we had to go through a company in order to talk to the hosts of the home we chose to rent. It felt distant and it was actually confusing. We were communicating through the VRBO portal but someone at Evolve was telling us we needed to communicate with the host in a different way or a different part of the portal; we were using the "contact host" link. So we ended up emailing the host outside of the VRBO portal which, as we understand it, should not be done.

The cottage we rented had all the amenities we needed for a 3-day stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the cable tvs offered nice viewing options, the shower was cozy. The loft offers a nice double bed for those who can navigate the spiral staircase (not for the faint of heart). Otherwise, nice walks around the neighborhood and to the lake. We will likely return.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Indian Shores condo. The only complaint related to our accommodation is that there are a lot of steps and it's a one block walk to the beach access.
Customer service was poor at best. We arrived to our condo and our Uber dropped us off. I then realized that the check in instructions, that I had to contact customer service for despite being told we would receive shortly before iurbatt, did not have our unit specified. I contacted help through the Vrbo app, and no one responded. I then called the owner number, again no response. I started to panic as we literally were I nthe parking lot with all of our luggage and no way to be able to gain access to our unit. I then called Vrbo and after 2 calls, they were able to act on our behalf and get our unit info.
On follow up from the incident, we received barely an apology and then their investigation found "we had no trouble gaining access" per the video camera. To be clear, we didn't have trouble getting into the condo once we were informed of the unit our stay was in. But there was a significant lag (about an hour) where we felt stranded with no one to help us.
I'd be hard pressed to stay at a condo managed by Evolve because of this and mostly because they didn't seem to feel bad at all about this check in experience.

The description of our chosen property was accurate albeit not what we thought we were getting. The title of the property included, "heated pool, not common in the desert..." which we took to mean the pool was heated. What it should have said was, "heated pool available; additional fees apply" We landed with our grandkids who practically changed into their swimsuits on the plane only to find a pool at 59 degrees. Contacting the owner and VRBO customer service was not a quick or easy process where we ultimately learned that there was an extra charge. Ordered the heat to be turned on and was charged immediately only to have it take 4 days (of our 6 days stay) to get to swim temperature.

We loved access to dozens of food places within walking distance. Our whole family LOVED the putting green. And soft water, deep tub and heated bidet were luxurious!
In the past few months, I've noticed a lot of reservations taken, then a few days later, they cancel the reservations. Not sure why, since my rental rates are lower than they have ever been. So what's the problem? Nothing has changed at my cabin.

I gave had some problems over the years hat were unnecessary for your company do. I always ended up getting what I needed done completed but with way to many people to have to talk to and way to much resistance getting from A to B

My husband and I recently rented a house in AZ for a month to escape some of the MI winter. This is the 2nd time that we have done this, and both rental houses were handled by Evolve. This time, the house that we stayed in was actually someone's home, so we dealt with the homeowner when we had any issues as he was staying nearby. He was very easy to work with and promptly took care of any problems that arose. Last time, Evolve had local agents who took care of our issues, also very promptly.

It was a wonderful condo to stay in. We had 3 adult children and there was plenty of space and the hot tub was wonderful! Kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues. Easy walk to the ski shuttle.

We had a toilet leak the first day I alerted him immediately. He did not get back to me until a day later and the maintenance man said that he has to wait for his approval to fix it and after a day, we just left because the owner never approved it.

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
