It's easy to add an Rx to the website then place an order. The most difficult part is choosing a frame since there are so many beautiful offerings.
My last order was a pair of clear glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The clear glasses are fine. The prescription lenses are perfect. The sunglasses are not fine. The lenses seem like they were made for someone else. The peripheral vision is off. The direct Center vision is good, but a very small area. Causing me to keep moving my head to focus. They are remaking the sunglasses at no cost to me to match the prescription on my clear glasses which they should've done in the first place. I even got a $20 credit.
First time wearing glasses for both far and near doc said to get no line progressive, so far not a fan i ordered premium progressive gel like i got regular when looking down reading of i barely move my head left or right vision distorted, and center vision no good, either I'm looking down or totally up, maybe I didn't get the premium progressive. Moving head back and forth to read not a fan, if this is how progressive are I'll probably will live with 2 pairs from now on.
Bought some glasses, they went on sale for 30% the day they arrived, I asked for a refund and got offered $5. Called in twice and the same thing happened both times. Horrible!

Almost purchased at the eye dr and what a relief I remembered about this site. Way cooler glasses for way better prices (both with and without insurance). The glasses sales person lied and told me the cost is the same everywhere because of my insurance, and in my case that was untrue. They were charging for $100 for basic pair no anti glare or scratch resistance with insurance and I got my first name brand pair for $6 with a discount and everything I wanted. Can't beat that and I'm super happy. Great fit and great prices!

I have been a loyal customer for last 4 years. This would be my 7th pair of glasses. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses on sale. They sent the glasses with gray tint was supposed to be blue. They can not get the frames and would not change the lens without me purchasing another frame. They did give me credit. But lost the sale on the Ray-Bans. They did nothing to keep me as loyal customer. Pretty sad!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
