This was my first time using Forward2Me but probably not the last. Their service allowed me to order a book that was only available in the UK. Setting up my account was straightforward, they notify you when your package arrives with them and prompt you to complete all customs forms and shipping/customs fees. Overall it made what seems like a complicated process quite simple and my item arrived in good condition.

I warmly recommend Joyce from the Customer Experience Team! I'm from Hungary, I don't know a lot about shipping regulations in the US regarding the cosmetics. Joyce was really kind and supportive and even helped me find a missing package. I haven't done my first forwarding shipping yet but I bet there will be no issues!

In this case, the item was classified as dangerous goods, which meant it had to be repacked in accordance with IATA air transport safety regulations. This type of shipment also carries additional courier surcharges for handling dangerous goods safely and compliantly.
Unfortunately, these requirements can significantly increase both the package size used for transport and the shipping cost, even for smaller items. We do appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing our service.

This is a great company. I had my doubts. I was trying to figure out how to get a package from the UK to the US. I checked with AI and AI suggested them. I tried it and it's been nothing but a miracle. Thank you Rose & Nica! My package got stopped in customs, and they supplied the proper paperwork and walked me through it every step of the way. Great 1st time use! Very easy to get & copy your Forward2Me address. Uploading info of purchases is very easy and straight forward. Once the purchase info has been processed, it's just a waiting game for the purchase to arrive at the Forward2Me warehouse. Once the purchase arrives and verified, you are notified that it is ready for shipping. You get a lot of options for shipping (ie. UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.) and payment (ie. Credit card, PayPal etc.).
