We ordered a part may 11 and still haven't received it. Haven't received an email regarding if its even been shipped yet. But over all satisfied.

I'm not sure about their products as I never received it. My order is now 20 days overdue and I've called the last 2 weeks and was told I would get an update from a supervisor or manager, but I never received a call or email. I worked for 20 years in customer service for a major hospital in Houston, so I know first hand what customer service is. My order is probably lost, but I did not send it and Flagship One is responsible for following up with USPS, and then either sending me another one or giving me a refund. At this point, after paying for a rental car waiting for my order, I would just rather get a refund so I can try a different company. They need to send orders by UPS or FedEx, not USPS.

Called and was told the IDM I needed was in stock. Ordered and waited over a week before calling to check on my order. Was told repeatedly for another week that it was waiting to be programmed. Finally shipped two weeks after ordering.

Absolutely exceptional service from cradle to grave. I live 130 miles from the Arctic Circle and my ECM arrived in perfect condition and worked as assured. Customer service is on FIRE and is hands down the best I've experienced with any company.
All I had to do is get a lock smith to come out and program my FOB to the ECM and my Dodge fired right up! FYI: Seal your ECM connectors external to prevent fluids from entering. What a crap design from the factory for such an important part!

I was satisfied with flagships service. They messaged and let me know that programming was going to be a little behind. I'll let them know that I needed the part back as quickly as possible. They made me a priority and got it completed as fast as possible. ECM worked as it should.

I was told that I needed a certain part by an auto parts company for my vehicle. Ordered, with no problem. Unfortunately, it was the incorrect part that was needed. To return the part, there was an $85 programming fee that was deducted along with returning at my own expense. Which ends up being half of what I pay for the part altogether. It's called Buyers remorse, per the company.

I bought a computer from another company. They told me it was plug-in play. They lied so I found you guys on line read everything bought a computer from you guys. As descriptive plug-in play. Installed it two days after I got it not a problem with it. Thank you. You guys very much.

They had my part, the price was extremely reasonable and the fact they're programmed it to my VIN I don't have to find someone to program it which saved me money, so another bonus.

I received my ECM and then received the information about my truck being chipped which I had idea it had one. Then I get the email saying I I can get new programmed key blanks after I received said ECM. So installed it and found out I do need it programmed so I had that done but it didn't fix my issues per the scans said. So now my truck still is in limp mode and doesn't drive good. I just spent my last 140 an hour ago to find that out. So now have truck uses a 1/4 tank of gas to run 10 miles. I have wait for another check before I can pay for more repairs. I have done everything the scanners told me to replace to fix the issue but it can still barely fit to barely get up to 35 mph and you have floor the truck get it rev up. So asking for this from me right now wasn't the best idea because I am having a really bad day now and so sick of dumping money on these issues that were not a problem in the first place apparently. New spark plug, new coil pack and then new ECM. All because I wanted my truck to be able to do the speed limit lmbo. I am not mad at you though it took longer than expected for delivery and your ad said it would be plug and drive which it isn't. And then I spent the money for no reason because of a scanner code and diagnostic read out that wasn't worth a dang apparently as well now I have to replace more parts that have nothing to do the scanners recommendation in the first place. So now I have spend more money and time starting the diagnose myself. The worst part is I had 4 different scanners and all of them diagnosed it the same code so apparently they all wrong. I just had my foot operated on with Zero weight limit on it for 2 months. That didn't happen so I have to do it on my foot because multiple scanners were wrong and so were their diagnostics. Just so I can replace parts a stupid scanners said do so I wouldn't have to actually do the diagnostic myself or be on my foot. So yes I am pissed after spending so much on parts to have a truck that doesn't run properly still just to spend more money and time.

Only thing was the amount of cleaning media on the exterior the pins, air and electric cleaner fixed it, worked great so far.

Went online put my information in got the ecm like in a week installed it. Turn key ready. Very happy with their service, saved me like 500 bucks or more.

Answer: Scam company. They will take your money. You will be lucky to receive anything
Answer: They are the masters of "terminal hold" until you get frustrated and give up. I can't imagine how low you need to be to work for these scammers!
Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
