I received my BMW part within six business days, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the part was the wrong fit for my vehicle. My main issue has been the lack of clear communication on how and where to return the item. I have been trying to figure out the return process and where to send the part back, but it has been difficult to get quick guidance. I would appreciate faster customer support and clearer return instructions.
I received items that did not work on my McLaren, a brief phone call explaining my problem and they immediately issued an RMA and re-shipped the items that would work. Now I just have to install the new ones and return the other items. Thank you for job. Well done.

Car has a bad ECU controller. Part is on a national back order with no expected stock date. This controller affect multiple systems, so started looking for used parts Go-Parts impressed me a a more profession Org than most. They actually had the part in good condition (many places did not have the part when it came time ship it). I have the part in-hand now and it is what I expected to get.
Terrible experience. Wrong part sent, zero response on return.
I ordered a specific part and received a completely different one. I followed their return process by submitting a ticket/return request, and after several days I've heard absolutely nothing back. No confirmation, no resolution, no communication whatsoever.
If you need the right part and any kind of customer support when something goes wrong, look elsewhere. This experience has been a waste of both time and money.

My package was delivered to the wrong address which is most likely not your companies fault although I didn't receive it till today. The product is in good condition. The box was damaged a bit, misshaped and dented. The USPS tracking code did not work so I was unable to get updates on location. Again, I'm not sure if this is a USPS issue or not. If so, they are doing your company a massive disservice.

BMW remotes are specific to the VIN so purchasing a remote to alleviate the cost of what you'll pay at the dealer will only cost more in the long run. I'm keeping the one I purchased for spare parts. Silver lining.
Ordered a Stabilizer bar or swaybar some call it. Mine had eroded behind bushings being in Northern territory. How can you grade one of the key aspects if old bushings aren't removed? Consequently it had pitting which will grind away at bushings, but diameter was still good. I greased it good and went with it, but giving it an A grade was way off and my B- was being nice.
I received the package in a reasonable amount of time. Everything went smooth. I should have read the full description on the trim pieces. I didn't realize that they were used. One had scratches and small dents. I dont know why I assumed they were new
I got my part only to find that the part of it i really needed was defective and not functional when i went to install, i realize it was a used part however was under the impression the parts were tested and verified working condition. It wasnt inspected or tested on the board side obviously, it has a burnt spot in it. Which was visable when i went to install. I was requesting a return shipping label for it to be emailed to me so i can return for refund. $249 is a lot to pay for nothing.

Despite seeing some not so good service reviews, I needed this particular part and ordered it anyway. My personal experience was nothing short of prompt, efficient customer service. Would definitely order from them again!
The ease of finding the part i needed for my vehicle and the checkout process were great. Even though we were off to a great start, it didn't end that way. Unfortunately, the part showed up a day later than advertised (which wasn't a deal breaker), the box it was delivered in was so mangled that I could see the part through the cardboard, and when the part was removed from the box and inspected, fluid from a joint boot was found. Needless to say, I didn't feel comfortable putting the part on my vehicle.

Part received did not have the availability to attach the gear shift lever. It seems it was for a center mount gear shift lever and not on the column. No thread holes were made.

I opened the box and it looked like someone had torn open the bag the sensor was in with their finger, leading me to wonder if I was getting a used part someone else had returned. For a $120 part, that was the crappiest packing job I've seen, more so for the shipping/handling fee I was charged. I plan to have it installed this week(shop was closed for Memorial Day weekend) so we'll see if it's functional.
Item depicted was not the same part. Different part and different side. Put in RMA request for return on May 19th, but haven't received a confirmation email yet. It says an email will be sent out in 2-3 days.

Been discontinued. The tracking of my package was a bit difficult, seemed to be a day behind. Otherwise, overall a good experience.
