The interface is clean and readable. Very easy to use. If there was some way for me to track the order as it was incoming that would be nice. Just so I know in real time how far along the delivery is at and I don't have to wonder. Otherwise, perfectly usable.
Ordered, an hour later still had not received the delivery. Called restraint and they could not locate the delivery driver, food was sitting and waiting there. Staff had to come drop it off. Waited another 20 minutes.

They didn't have my order until I showed up, and that's when they started it

My order was accurate and ready on time when I went to pick it up. However, there was an additional $4 charge to my credit card for which I have no explanation. I did not add anything to the order when I was in the restaurant.
Please issue a credit to my American Express card (Amex) or I will file a dispute with Amex for this unauthorized $4 charge.

Wife and I love Big A especially on a bad day it hits the spot to grab some subs. We enjoy the turkey, the bog fish, steak bomb, and roast beef the most, but we also rec the onion rings (best I've had to date) and their pizza (top 3 best pizza). We usually use Doordash but it was closed on there and we thought we were screwed… Thankfully they use Grabull for delivery and we are grateful for that. Wait was reasonable (60mins) and the food was still warm when they arrived. Highly ewc both Big A and usi by Grabull and may ditch door dash altogether when we crave a sub again!

Was pretty simple and easy to use. Some of the fields were different than I usually see, like "email ID" instead of email address

Order went through okay, I picked it up okay, food was fine. This whole deal here, with the reviews, and the rating of the overall experience with Grabull is a total bummer though, and feels not only un-ncessarily extra, but is kind of a hassle,

Confusing to navigate delivery and pick up it would be helpful to show how. Also not clear if extra money is charged for using this service

I added a comment and the restaurant didn't include the item. Also the menu item didn't say the dish had noodles until after I paid the order. I had to call the restaurant to change the noodles. Hopefully the menu can be accurate and a drop down can be added instead of a comment so the restaurant won't forget the item

I couldnt track my delivery. But I got a text saying the driver was on the way to pick up my food but then I never got a notification that it was delivered so my food was sitting outside for a little bit

I've eaten here a number of times but this was my first time ordering pick-up, placed the order and arrived before the expected completion time and saw it was already completed. Can't recommend enough.

After I selected multiple items that had no customization choices where they were needed (like half-and-half orders— how am I supposed to tell them what the halves are?!), I made an account, entered payment information, and was almost done when it said "your session has expired" and WIPED MY CART. I WAS ONLY ON THE SITE FOR LESS THAN TEN MINUTES!?!

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
Answer: I could not find any yet, you can go check every damn restaurant is always with 2 or 4 discount son this site always
Answer: If they are so legit, why do they post a fake phone number all over their website, and denie access to support system, so fraud with a capital FRAUD
