I had an incident on my bike on track recently, I completely munted the right handle bar, the brake lever however, these protectors provided the best protection given the situation so I am replacing the one that was damaged. It just takes a while to get the protector kit after you order them.
I've ordered twice from Hurtle Gear. 1st time I was very impressed as the item came super fast & was very good quality exactly as I expected & was packaged very well. Unfortunately I broke it the first day since I'm a learner rider riding on gravel from a property. Anyway, no excuses, I've improved a lot but contacted Grae via email to check if they had stock for a replacement & checking on another item. He made the process so simple for me. He explained that stocks weren't due for some time but as he was so helpful i was happy to wait. He did as he said & contacted me when the items came in even giving me a discount to match a price on the east coast who didn't have the stock. I now have the items fitted to my bike & loving them!
Ordered from Hurtle Gear as there were low or now stocks if the 2 brands I had narrowed it down to. Givi & Puig were my faves. Puig was a good price at Hurtle Gear & slightly cheaper than other company's. I didn't want Amazon or Ebay no name Chinese brands as I love my bike & want good quality for it. As soon as I ordered it was shipped the next day, really prompt with good communication & packed so well it took me ages to get into it.
Slow to start but awesome in the end. It's great to see that Puig stand by their product and Hurtle is a great Australian representative for the product. Rough Aussie roads proved a bit much for the bracket but they replaced the bracket pretty much for the shipping cost plus a bit... most unexpected and much appreciated. Hugger is back on the bike and it looks great.
I absolutely love my Motogirl Cargo Pants and am super impressed with the FREE shipping all the way to NZ which was super fast! I am looking forward to making further purchases.
