Had my valves serviced at Iconic Motorbikes. They damaged the paint on the tank. I was supposed to get $150 in cash credit back to me. When I went to pick it up, cash wasn't ready so I agreed on a Paypal payment. Told Lalo, the rep, I wanted it sent as a gift to avoid the Paypal fee. They sent the money incorrectly and I had to pay the fee. Contacted Lalo and tried to have them correct it, but ignored. These guys don't give you the time of day if they're not making money. They ignore if they can't make money. Yeah, the fee isn't a lot, but goes to show not every customer is treated the same here.
