I ordered replacement spark plug wires to replace the original ones on my 1961 Harley. The replacement ones were easy to put together and install.

So this will be the last time i order from them. I ordered a alternator and it was just thrown in a non bubble wrap plastic bag envelope and shipped It was out; its box when i received it the box was flattened inside the envelope… i checked the windings glad they are stout. Will never order from again…

I was replacing a previous oil pressure gauge that started leaking glycerin at the bezel. I didn't want to buy another cheap one like that again.
The new gauge is nearly identical except the needle is thinner, making it harder to get a pressure reading with just a quick glance inside my knee while riding. The fit and finish of the gauge are good. I believe it's a good quality gauge.

Order process was smooth, kit was missing the inner cam bearings. J&P sent replacements within 3 days. I would like to see an itemized parts list in the description to avoid any mistakes. Overall a great experience.

Pro: The levers had a nice finish and were the right type for the bike.
Con: They were a bit shorter than expected, and it would have been helpful if the length and width dimensions were included in the description.

Googles didn't sit completely against my face with my particular half-faced helmet, so I returned them, still a 5-star product though. Everything about ordering and returning with JP was great. Very easy process, will certainly order from JP again.

J&P has a great variety of products at reasonable prices but the search engine keeps forgetting which bike you just selected to filter products by. It is annoying as hell.

Works as intended! Shipped with confusing tracking. Said it was delivered, got it next day. I still don't know why people ship with FED X they suck!

J&P cycles has always been very helpful finding and selling me the hard to find aftermarket parts I need to keep my old Road King roaring down the road.

Got the excuse that they thought it was in their warehouse but had to order it from a third party. So 2 day shipping took a week.

Took one grip out of the package, they're not grippy. They're way to slippery to have as handle bar grips. Back part is plastic like, again very slippery

Needed a Jackshaft gear, being my starter likes to eat them up. They had it in stock and it was here within a couple of days.

The website is easy to navigate. If you need to speak to someone about products they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I looked around for 2 tires for my 2011 Harley Sportster Low Rider and JP Cycles was the only website I found who had matching tires for the front and back that I liked.

Parts came in.on time, had to return one part and it went smoothly and was no problem at all.
