Took one grip out of the package, they're not grippy. They're way to slippery to have as handle bar grips. Back part is plastic like, again very slippery

Needed a Jackshaft gear, being my starter likes to eat them up. They had it in stock and it was here within a couple of days.

The website is easy to navigate. If you need to speak to someone about products they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I looked around for 2 tires for my 2011 Harley Sportster Low Rider and JP Cycles was the only website I found who had matching tires for the front and back that I liked.

From the time I ordered till the time the product arrived was very quick, also j p cycles carries a wide range of top notch products of which the battery I purchased was one of those excellent products. It worked for me flawlessly.

I have purchased a Vince & Hines skull cap VO2 solid, but was lost in the way to my mail box, so I requested a replacement in J&P Cycles customer service and JENA D. Who attend my case solved very quickly and send the replacement inmediatelly.

I need more pictures and descriptions to get parts for my Franken bike sportster. It can be hard to get parts when you don't know where your pieces came from.

JP has a good selection and great customer service! My only gripe is that several times, things have sat in the "waiting for shipper pickup" status for an inordinate amount of time. Which is frustrating when RPM members says 2 day shipping. But their customer service makes up
