The flower selection was wonderful with the "Pretty in Pink", but I'm not sure if my recipient got something similar to your photo. Also, it would be so helpful to know if your recipient received the flowers you sent in a timely manner, so you don't have to wonder or "ask" if they were received! An automatic delivery confirmation would be most helpful.
Great easy to use ordering. I appreciated the 5$ discount since I preferred to call. I schism the midsize option and I wanted to butterfly and bow shown in the picture since it was a sympathy giddy and they were not included.
Had the flowers sent to my sister rather than my mother as my mother was staying with her and I put in the wrong address. Good news is my sister loved them. Bad news is that I still need to send another arrangement to my Mother as she was not impressed.

I had a difficult time to place the order with a discount code (2 different ones I had received). There was no where to enter them on the order or payment page. I did send an email after the fact and the team responded the following day to say a credit would be issued to my card. That arrived several days later.
I just received a confirmation that the flowers arrived at me mother's place, so all ended well.

Ordered a simple flower arrangement for a client to receive same-day for an unexpected accomplishment. After being charged for the arrangement and more than $20 in delivery fees (assuming for same day) i receive a call 5 days later asking if I'm okay with substitutions for the flowers going to a person I'd never heard of before. Necessary corrections were provided with hopes of the flowers actually getting delivered. They did get delivered, but on the 5th day but the following. Six day turnaround for same day service, almost going to the wrong person, and a different arrangement than what was purchased. Extremely disappointing.

The flower arrangement was not delivered on time (04/13/26). I received an email two days later stating it was delivered but, it was not. After several phone calls, an arrangement was finally delivered on 04/16/26.

I was let down by a national chain. Although her birthday flowers were late I was able to upgrade with sparkling wine snd chocolate covered strawberries for a few more dollars. It was a lovely tulip bouquet.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
