Easy to review select and order. All the Flowers arrived on time very fresh and artfully designed. Notification of delivery was helpful and appreciated. The flowers were not delivered on her B-DAY, but they called me to reschedule the delivery for free.

The damage was already done, my most important person in my life didn't received my importance when needed.
I contacted customer service because the flowers hadn't been delivered by late afternoon. They confirmed they would be delivered by cob. About an hour later my friend called to thank me.

The ordering process went well. Plant was delivered in a timely manner. Plant inside had several dead falling leaves progressing up the stem. Within a few days no leaves left and what flowers there were, wilted and died. We have received many orders over the years but most recent quality has went down significantly. This was a gift for Mother's day and the plant did not make it. Two orders were placed. South Carolina was fine. Western NY, plant was not. The candle was fine.
We sincerely apologize that the plant arrived in poor condition, with falling leaves and wilted blooms, especially as it was meant to be a Mother’s Day gift. We also understand your concern about the decline in quality based on your recent experience.

Initial order was not received, requested support, after a week long investigation an update was requested, a replacement was offered and accepted, order was finally delivered the next day. I'm the meantime I have received multiple marketing email each day since my order was placed. This is excessive and unwelcomed.

I received a text message indicating the original order was declined. I placed another order to ensure my goddaughter would receive birthday flowers. She ended up receiving two deliveries. I was charged twice. It was overall an erroneous transaction.

I did not find out that the plant was delivered until I reached out to my friend a few days after it was delivered. There was not an accompanying card.
In addition, the photo she took and shared of the plant was puny versus the picture on your website. I was disappointed.In the photo she shared of the delivery, there were three blooms 2-3 visible buds. This is far less than the lush plant on your website which probably had at least 10 blossoms. Disappointing experience.
Update: To their credit ProFlowers reached out to me about the experience by email and then telephone. During the conversation, they apologized for the lack of a card with the plant and offered to replace the plant that did not live up to their photos. They took care of it quickly and effectively. I appreciate that!

The flowers were a great quality, the delivery was as scheduled. I just wish it wasn't so costly to send flowers this way. I was a little surprised at the $20 delivery charge.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
