I have been using hard lenses since 1967. Since 2010, I have been buying lenses from Justlenses.com and I am very satisfied with the service and good price.
Ordering for JustLenses is fast and easy. I appreciate how easy the process is after the initial order. I also received reminders emails before my prescription expired which was helpful.
It was easy to complete my order from the UK.
The lenses were dispatched very swiftly and arrived around two weeks after my order was submitted. The lenses fit very well and I am totally satisfied with the quality.
They offer lower prices than many, but if you need them quickly you may be in trouble. It took over 3 weeks to get mine (twice) even after paying $9.99 S/H. No thanks.
Indeed my contacts around the end of January to purposefully get them by February 18th when I was going on vacation. Not only did they come a week after February 18th, but I was never notified they were on some type of "back order". I had to call and ask and when I asked they had no idea when my shipment would be coming. When I said I should be compensated she said I should ask myself and didn't bother to help me with any type of compensation. I spent basically $100 for them to come in "2 weeks" they didn't even come by February 18th and I was not compensated. I was wearing the same contacts for almost a month straight and if you look at my purchase history I get 2 week.
My order was filled promptly. My only concern is that they say i need a new rx in a year even though my doctors rx is good for two years
I ordered my contacts Feb 29,2024. They were mailed out Mar. 1st. As of Mar. 28th still have no contacts. Have called and emailed several times. They tell me just keep waiting nothing they can do. But they sure took my money without any problem. Don't use them. Pay a little more and get a company that will insure you get your contracts on time and if not refund your money.
Always get my orders fast. Never have any issues..
