I don't like how each size and each color of an item is posted separately. Makes for more difficult shopping
Website is easy to navigate. Selections are good. But, many of the ceiling fan suppliers have started making you buy down rods. Grrrr.
The variety and quality of the products where good, the ease of ordering, confirmation, delivery and communication was outstanding.
My only complaint is the large number of marketing emails and texts that follow.
Too many marketing emails, once every so often would be more effective instead of being bombarded. I am in the market for lighting at present, but the number of emails is ridiculous.
