I ordered a screen, that took a whole week to deliver. The delivery, didn't went through because of their ways of doing things. So the package got "send back to sender" i know i have to way a whole week for the package to arrive to them. For them to refund my money, for me to reorder again for them to send it again. 3 mores weeks just to get a package i order 1 week ago?
I asked the guy at costumer service if i order again they can send express or something for the inconvenience. He said "yes if you pay express" are you kidding me? Absolutely worst company to make business with. You guys should be embarrassed of the way you doing business. Please stay away they do not care. They costumer service guys said that is just policy.

I have bought a laptop screen on amazon last year and had that one replaced. Son broke it for a second time, and I ordered this time on laptopsreen.com for convenience since amazon would take too long for delivery. Took it to same technician and his comment was that the previous screen he replaced last year appears to be of a better quality. It fits fine and everything, but he noticed at once that the replacement laptop screen this time was not of equal quality.

Went into your web site, easily found the needed screen required. Ordered it, arrived sooner than expected, packaged extremely well. Watched the video for installing it, told my son to do the same, he's never done something like a screen replacement and did it all himself, he was one happy camper. Am glad I saw they had restocked the particular screen for my model as it was out for a long while. I ordered a few days before weekend and it arrived before 1 week here in Japan. I appreciated their security check as well before delivery as my billing address was different from my delivery address. I just wish there was a note to remove the protective cover from the screen, as the matte screen is now gloss and now I have to remove it again to take out the covering.

They provided a very high quality product, the screen works great. When I ordered the wrong screen the return service was very quick.

I've been using Laptopscreen.com for almost a decade now, and have never been disappointed. I've had a few duds, and every once in a while the screen would have issue after a few weeks, but their lifetime warranty has never been denied and they'll always ship out a new screen free of charge.

I only wish they got more stock of 15" 30 pin 144hz screens.

I want to point out that this company has amazing customer service. I called and all my questions were answered, a few days later I received the screen in perfect condition.

I work for a school, and we have students in grade 9 - 12 using Chromebooks. Smashed screens are inevitable! I searched a bunch of sites, and this site had the best price and even offered discounts for repeat customers and got the quantity you order. They shipped that day and arrived super-fast. Already used one and it worked out great! Would 100% recommend them to anyone and will use them again i am sure for future purchases!
