I was happy that my prescription was available. Not all online sellers could provide. The only disappointment was that because that prescription was only available through lens.com sourcing it through another company, the delivery date kept getting delayed weeks past what was promised.
I never received my order of contact lenses. I reported this to customer service and they sent out a new order immediately. I am very happy with the service I received and will use lens.com again!

For an organization that advertises as '$20 a box!' expect to pay more than $300. I had hoped to save some money from what my optometrist charges for contacts, but I couldn't believe how expensive everything was- and then after reading online horror stories of people never getting their rebate money I returned my contacts immediately after receiving them. Not worth the hassle or cost.
I ordered 2 pairs. One pair fit great. The right lens of the second pair did not. When I put it in my eye I could not get it out fast enough. The pain and discomfort was horrible.
I have been overpaying for my contacts for the last 25 years, I am very pleased with this company. I am getting the same name brand contact for about half the price.
First of all, instead of receiving my orders for both left and right eyes contact lenses, I received all orders only for one eye. I didn't realize until I cut all the boxes for the rebate. Up until now I still haven't received my $80 rebate. Rebate request form has been mailed a month ago. I felt deceived.
After I sent in my new rx for contacts, the lenses they sent were not what I wanted. I called them & the guy I spoke to was not very helpful, I went around & around with him then gave up. I will never order from this place again.
For the past 2 times I have ordered contacts from lens.com the lenses have not even shipped by the date indicated on the order that they would arrive. When I call they say they don't stock them and had to order them from the manufacturer and would ship them when they receive them. This is misleading. Once it required me to pay for expedited shipping to get them before a trip. If they do not stock the lenses delivery should be tbd or a date further out so you can decide what you want to do.
While ordering is quick and easy, the rebate process is laborious: wait for the order to arrive, rip off part of each box, *mail* a paper form with the box pieces, *and then* WAIT 6-8 weeks for a physical rebate visa that I immediately just drain into an account and throw the wasted bit of plastic away?
The prices are listed as quite low, until you get to the checkout. Then fees and taxes equaling far more than the advertised price suddenly appear. The rebate offered takes months and is very hard to actually use. Don't believe the price until you get to checkout.
Shipping is outrageous, and takes way too long... i only saved about $5 over ordering through my Dr and they would have had then to me in 3 days
Rebate is very slow and a real pain. Paying almost $20.00 bucks at the post office as requested by the rebate instead of doing it free online is a scam within itself. Basically waiting 3 months for a now $50.00 card kinda old.
I have used Lens.com for several years and had good experiences. I typically receive my full year of contacts in about a week. It's easy for Lens.com to communicate with my doctor and my prescription has been correct.
If I had a complaint, and it's not a big deal, I wish the rebate did not take to long to get to us.
Overall, it's a reliable purchase and no issues.
Your rebate process is terrible. It requires a completely separate process to get the rebate, one that requires you wait until you actually receive the box of contacts to begin. Then you have to take pictures of each barcode, submit them with other information. Then wait for four months to receive the Visa card. All this within a specific too short time limit after purchase. For example I can't get the rebate for a 2025 purchase because it is past the time limit. If you have advertised a rebate I should be able to get it immediately or have a longer time frame. It really stinks. I know you are making it as difficult as possible to get the rebate and you count on people forgetting about it or waiting too long. I won't be using your company again.

I ordered gas permeable contact lenses and submitted an image of my prescription on line, but a follow-up from lens.com said they were unable to read the prescription clearly. They contacted my eye doctor and verified the prescription that same day, so there was no delay in fulfilling my order. I really appreciate this kind of service from lens.com!
I was really surprised to see my lenses at such a low price. So if course I ordered them. It took very long to get them. I checked your site just to make sure they were ordered. It says they were supposed to arrive at your facility on a certain date and shipped the next day. That didn't happen. And zero communication saying "Hey your lenses are held up or are going to be arriving later than expected." Got nothing. I had to hunt around and email. Then was told - yes they're late but you can get them faster by paying for faster shipping. When there should have been a courtesy and the shipping fee should have been waived. I appreciate that I finally got them though. So there's that
Experience to order was good however the delivery was long. I personally feel the delivery w/o paying extra should come sooner than nearly 2 weeks
So I order from you guys because of the $180.00 rebate. I order a year's worth, so when I received my contacts recently, I opened the first box of rights and lefts and took out the smaller boxes. But I forgot that I needed the UPC codes from those boxed and they got thrown away. Now, no one at your company has helped me with my situation, and I want my damn $180 rebate!
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
