Finding the fit on their webpage was a chore, in fact I couldn't find my supports even with all the numbers on it... Pretty frustrated I called the service line. I gave the numbers to the lady on the other end of the line and she said we've got them. I asked if I could get that support configuration with a heavier spring, because of added accessories that increased the weight of the door. She got me 5lbs more and they work great!

Item is too long and is too strong so the factory electronic motor can't start the trunk closing, nor can it get it down far enough to latch and close. Useless junk you can get on Amazon for cheaper but at least you can easily return it on amazon. They are easily. 5" longer than the OEM struts and could barely even mount onto the same position due to the added length.

I've used LiftSupports several times in the past. The products are great & the company is great. However, like most "on-line" companies I believe they use 3rd party shippers who in turn trying to save $'s use USPS Ground Advantage. My experience with USPSGA has been terrible not only with this on-line company but many others. Some orders have taken a month + to be delivered! As an exsample, this order was placed 4-3-26 and did not arrive until 4-23-26. I can't believe that USPSGA saves much money compared to a lost customer.

Lift Supports Depot sells SKU: SE150P20-W and claims in the website description it interchanges with *******800. I installed it on my Winnebago View motorhome entry door. The strut is supposed to slowly open the door and hold it open. Instead, it throws the door open quickly and with force. The length is correct and the pressure needed to close the door against the force of the strut is fine.

Overall, my experience has always been good. With this last order, I paid for 2-3 day shipping, and it took a week. But I can't hold them responsible for FedEx messing it up. Thankfully, I was given a couple more days to finish the project, so it wasn't an issue. I went ahead and ordered again for the next project.
