It was interesting to come across the Made In China website and to explore what was available. Searching for new custom size lounge chair cushions was extremely easy with innumerable options popping up. Upon making an inquiry, the response was quite fast given the time differences between Vancouver, Canada & China and immediately got to work working with the vendor with choices of foam, fabrics and costs and ultimately placing an order. I chose to have the cushions shipped by sea to save on costs and they arrived pretty much on time (about a month) as I was in to rush to receive them. The cushions arrived well packaged and apart from figuring what which cushion fit where on my part they were the exact dimensions and fit accordingly. Pricewise, I could not find anything available in Vancouver that could come close to matching the Made In China product and would highly recommend them.

I made a purchase and was very specific about the part and quantity that I needed. I included images of the parts I had and was assured I would be sent the parts within 10 days. So I ordered 3. After 20 days I received a package but only 2 item were in the box. And a different model was sent that did NOT match the specifications i required. I requested a refund and shipping label so I could return the incorrect items. The seller refused. I escalated the refund request to customer service and it's been weeks and I havent received a response.

I was sure about using Made-in-China at first but they connected me with an excellent manufacturer who was able fulfill a promotional order need for key tags for my son's brand. The process to date has been easy and I would use and recommend again.
Trim and handles scream fake and I wish they could be a more saddle tan color like the real thing. The bag is nicely made and I got it in about 3 weeks. Communication was great and this is a legit seller.
Easy to have the full view on the pursing prosses. Information come daily over Whats App, by pacing, shipping, and finaly details for delivery. I will use this company again, and i recomand other customers to do the same.
The product does not appear and perform the way it is advertised. I don't even want to talk about it, i just fill that is better i never buy anything online. This is the first time i buy online and i am very disappointed.

Up front my purchase was easy. Shipping was 14 days. Several items in my order were out of stock. One item was defective. After 30 days the company was still out of stock so I asked for a partial refund. My order was over 2000. 00 USD. The amount of my partial refund was $388.00 USD. The seller said to let Made In China handle it and it has not been handled.

Sunny was super helpful and responsive. I absolutely LOVE the customized embossed webbing that I got. The only thing I wished was I could have gotten multiple colors. But the minimums were too high.
The agent I chatted with was very helpful and friendly. The transaction was completed smoothly with no issues at all.
Sometimes I found using the Made in China app a little confusing, but after checking out several presentations of different items - kind of gives you a better idea how to make your purchase.
