Digital Overlanding

I ordered Bilstein 6112/5160 close to the beginning of march. Everything was supposedly in stock. I get that inventory can fluctuate. So when I get an unfortunate email a day later that says the 5160s for the right side is out of stock and it will be shipped as soon as it comes in I'm bummed but under stand. I'm told they can either a) ship what they have or b) hold everything till the strut comes in. I chose options A. Why? Because it was only going to be a couple weeks till the one strut that was out of stock arrived… so I thought. So I'm told I would get the 5160 the beginning of April at the latest. I didn't. Nor did I get an update at any point, I had to consistently reach out to get an update on shipping. Beginning of April rolls around. No update. I reach out I'm told early May. Early may rolls around. No update. I reach out. I'm told let us reach out to the shipper. Shipper says late June.at this point it's been months. I'm told the best that can be done is downgrade to 5100 rear struts or pay $100 extra for fox 2.0 or wait. I've been waiting since march and I'm the one that has to keep asking for an update. Kinda wild to keep telling your customer one more month… one more month… one more… well you get the point. Then tell them if you want rear struts we can either give you a sever downgrade and credit you back or you pay more. I don't know, just an interesting business model to me.
Moral of the story, if you are given the option to get your product and then receive the out of stock product at a later date just cancel your order and go elsewhere. Apparently customer service isn't a thing in this industry and I know I'm not the first to experience this. Not saying this company is bad, just I know in general this industry seems to feel they are providing us with a service and we ought to be grateful… cause clearly my money isn't what keeps them going… end rant.

Trouble with shipping

I ordered SPC upper control arms on May 4th. About 4-5 days later I received two left control arms. I called Mudify to resolve as you need one left and one right arms for a vehicle. Hector and Brian were both very kind but slow to resolve the problem. I did not receive a replacement right control arm until May 22nd. That is 9-10 days after I received the wrong package.

Kit, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and delay. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive two left control arms when one left and one right were needed for your vehicle.

Our team did work to get the correct right control arm sent out, but unfortunately FedEx delayed the delivery to your address, which extended the overall resolution time. That said, we sincerely apologize for the wait and for the inconvenience this caused.

Terrible Experience
April 29, 2026

After 6 weeks I have yet to receive the items that were originally "in stock"! This has shifted my project by not only that loss of time but another 3 months due to interference with others plans. Will not count on Mudify ever again and will worm others to do the same!

Very complicated. They sent me a previously sold shock that was missing parts. Could not send me parts, then sent me the wrong part., then finally sent me another shock. Elapsed time was over a month before I had everything that I needed. The guys that I spoke with seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but it was just a mess. Build was delayed due to waiting for the right parts to get here. These guys tried hard, and made it right in the end.

Best suspension e-shop in the US

The customer service in impressive, they know what they are talking about. Everyone is trying to sell you the easy stuff, but these guys go above and beyond. Thank you for making easy my purchase of my BP-51 Old Man Emu kit. You guys explained the benefits, and features and did the correct configuration, now my car not only looks amazing, but it was a tru upgrade of my ride. Thank you.

Slightly disappointed

Fast shipping. The box was thrashed during shipping/delivery. That's not Midifys fault but the box was very poorly packed and secured. Coils were not on the struts even though I clearly requested the service. I'll just have to do it my self. Not a huge deal just adds a little complexity to my project. Probably won't recommend or purchase from Midify again. There's too many retailers out there to worry about this kind of stuff.

We’re really sorry about how everything arrived — we know how frustrating that is. FedEx did a repack in transit, and that’s when the box was damaged. While it happened on their side, we completely understand the inconvenience it caused you, and we truly apologize.

Regarding the coils: it looks like the order came into our system without the assembly option selected, which is why they weren’t installed on the struts before shipping. We’re really sorry for the confusion there — we know that adds extra steps to your project.

Ordered and Excited

Came to see what I could do to improve my Tacoma. Started with needing new CV axles and Swaybar links. But why not make some improvements while you're already there. Ended up with the exact kit I wanted and nothing I didn't need. I was lucky to get Samantha to patiently walk me through the process and understand the products I needed / wanted.

Still waiting…

Hello. I've had multiple calls and a few emails on trying to figure out where or when the 6112 front coilovers will arrive. No answers yet. I tried to offer a solution and pay the difference for the upgrade but the first person I spoke to gave me a retail cost for the upgrade. I understand but was hoping you could make a compromise and free a fair discount to step up to the next level suspension. At least for the back ordered parts. The second call I made they said they will get it handled, I never heard back. With no solution in sight of the easiest way to handle this is to return all the product and start over with a different vendor I guess that's the next step, unfortunately. Keep in mind this was an order from November. Please help me find a solution

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Mudify. The customer service is truly top-notch and super responsive. They took the time to make sure I got the right setup for my vehicle and answered every question I had.

Pricing was excellent, shipping was fast, and everything arrived exactly as described. You can tell they really care about their customers and the off-road community. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend Mudify to anyone looking for lift kits or off-road upgrades.

Amazing experience

Mudify exceeded my expectations.

From the first message to delivery, everything was smooth and professional. Their team actually knows their products and gave honest recommendations instead of just trying to sell me something. That alone sets them apart.
