You guys suck. I got a product today that had visible build issues and then got to see how bad it was. I called to return and I have to prove there are issues? Send pics feom a just delivered item? I will never ever do business with you again.
Ordered a replacement antenna and some side and quarter marker LED lights. Can't wait to receive the billet grill I just ordered for my mustang!
Tried 4 times to place an order. First off the cart would add a 2nd item and I'd have to delete it everything. Then order would be placed and I'd get an email saying it was canceled due to a possible fraud. I tried multiple cards & even PayPal, still didn't work.

I wish there were more options for convertible mustangs, the search engine still shows products for fastbacks despite me saying I have a convertible, it would've helped keep me from purchasing a exhaust that was designed for a fastback. But I'm not sour about it, live & learn.

When the order is placed, we review which warehouse has the item, and we can ship it from and there are times when we do not have the item in our warehouse, so we reach out to the manufacturer and ask if they can ship the item. This is what happened with part of your order. For the PA Performance High Output Alternator, this is being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. The other items on your order were being shipped from different warehouses, so we can get them to you in a timely manner,
Unfortunately, we are not able to identify which warehouse or vendor these will ship from until the order is placed.

I've been shopping from AM since 2013. They have mostly everything I need for every stang I've ever owned. Recently I was notified about rims that I have been eyeing for awhile that were discounted for being open boxed…. Well I bought those 2 rims and they were heavily discounted. Just about to buy another one! Thank you guys for helping me build my vehicles and always giving me heads up on items that go on sale or heavily discounted. Im spending a lot of money but you guys are also helping me save by not spending to much either lol.
They answered what I needed and gave their own honest opinions about products they experienced which is very helpful. Thanks guys!
Approved radiator SR performance - discontinued was told in email to pick a new one. Did, zero response for days, emailed again, called. Ended up just buying a new one because I was so disappointed in the response time my car would be in the shop for weeks!

I was on a chat this morning about the above item.
They said I would receive a call from a sales tech. I received the call and Andera W got me the item #. I was then able to login online and get the replacement ordered in about 5 minutes. I have never had any issues getting orders placed and shipped. Will continue to use AM as long as I have the GT. Top Notch business.
You guys are good I only ordered one part a rear spoiler that didn't fit, but everything else I have ordered fit perfectly. Thanks

Missing hardware, and the hardware that was provided was too long and damaged the top of the spoiler from the bolt breaking through the top of the spoiler. Very disappointed.

Since I've purchased my 2015 mustang back in March 2026, I've had multiple purchases from here after my buddy recommended American Muscle for me to purchase my exhaust from, I've had great service with even my returns due to shipping damaging my items, you guys were still able to get me a replacement and refund me some of my money due to the same item being damaged again in shipping. 9/10 service

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
